Online order - store pickup
I ordered the item I required online and paid for it and requested it be sent to a store for pickup. The website was easy to use. I was advised by SMS when the item was ready for pickup. Very good service.

Very professional
Very professional, extremely helpful especially to a total novice like me! No problems with returns due to wrong measurements. Can not praise all of the guys at Tweed Heads enough for their help! Give them all a pay rise !!

Purchase
Original email enquiry to Tradelink Gympie store went unanswered. Ended up ordering on line thru Noosa store. Product arrived promptly for collection but when i went to collect no one around in dispath and had to wait for 30mins for someone to appear. I would rather go elsewhere in future.

The young man answering the phone at the Hallam store, I think he is the assistant manager.
He was absolutely wonderful, I brought the wrong size towel rail, and he went above and beyond to get it sorted
