Trademarkassured.com is a scam company.
They avoid the appearance of criminal intent by actually filing your trademark application.
Once they file it, they then told me my trademark application was being challenged, or there are procedures or filings or reviews, all of which required more money. They referred me to the USPTO website where to see a list of fees, but Trademarkassured lied about the charges. AT NO POINT did my application have ANY fees levied against it, nor challenges, nor even hearings.
They lied to me about who was charging these fees; the United States Patent and Trademark Office categorically and definitively denies any such fees were charged. The money went into Trademarkassured's pockets and they refuse to refund it despite repeated encouragement to do so.
DO NOT go to them.
Moreover, they do not have a valid mailing address. You can only contact them by phone or by email. Their website address is fake. The police in Garland, Texas have already checked on the APARTMENT they claim is their office!
They are also connected to VortexAssociates.com (another scam/shell company), MatthewMorganLaw.com, Dynamos Digital Inc, logodesignwhizz.com, logodesignkraft.com, and matrixtechsolutionsllc.com.
Avoid all of these as fraud-connected scammers!
And, if anyone is interested, I have all the receipts. I can and will prove their fraud to anyone and everyone who is interested.

I just placed my bet on them and they done it for $35. And they got it in 6 business days. Delivered trade mark. They are the real McCoy.

While I am completely new to this process I had a fairly easy time going through it all. TRADEMARK ASSURED - Basic Package $35

I'm writing this post to warn everyone about a company called TRADEMARK ASSURED. I paid $35 for their basic package, only to be hit with an additional $1400 charge via email.

Their customer service is non-existent. I was told an attorney would call me back, but when he did, it was clear he had no idea what he was talking about. It seems like their only goal is to make money, without providing any real service.

This company is a complete sham. They take your money and then disappear. I strongly advise against using TRADEMARK ASSURED.

I used Trademark Assured for first Time and I am happy I did as it's my first time getting a patent of any sort, Today is the day I received my patent serial number and I would like to say it's been fast ,effective,reliable walkthrough through whole process, I would like to Thank Emma and her team for making this happen.

You'll start on their website thinking you can register a trademark for their basic plan price of $35 plus filing fees. You'll quickly see that price double to $70 to cover name AND logo. Once you've paid to file your application, agents will begin to text and call you because the hook has been set. Now they explain that in order to continue, you will be charged $350 for the federal filing fee. I explained I could not afford that, even with payments. They assured me the $70 would result in some level of protection, and I could continue the process whenever I was able. Then the email reports come back saying my name/logo is available, and "the government" has assigned 3 classes to my application, depending on how I might use it. Now they want to collect $350 for EACH CLASS, for a total of $1050. They were never up front about that on the phone when I told them $350 was too much. Worse, they threatened to send my idea to auction for others to obtain if I did not proceed in the allotted time. I told them no one can trademark a logo that I own intellectual rights on. My experience was one of deception, high-pressure scam, and extortion.

Trademark Assured is what I highly recommend. The entire staff is very helpful my case filing officer Emma Wilson has been very professional and cooperative. They have been very understanding from the beginning of the process to the end. You won't get disappointed at all.

She responded with all the information needed and necessary for me to make an informative decision on my business. She reacted to each question as quickly as I needed her to. I never had to wait for a response time with Emma. I will very much look forward to doing business with Trademark Assured in the future for my trademarking needs and questions.
