THE BEST PLACE TO FILE YOUR TRADEMARK/PATENT
Chris DeMassa - from TradeMark Express has now come to my rescue twice. I recently filed for a TM and Patent and within minutes I received scammers masquerading as employees at the USPTO advising me that I had to pay an additional $4000 to complete my submission. I smelled a scam as she got super pushy for the payment and more personal information. That was just the beginning. Multiple calls and emails started to flow in. All looked and sounded legitimate, but all were 100% scams. I again reached out to Chris DeMassa from TradeMark Express, and without hesitation he offered to help me investigate the situation. Chris identified the FAKE EMAIL ADDRESSES and PHONE NUMBERS. He informed me of the REAL filing process and assured me NOT TO WORRY that my documents were filed properly with the USPTO. Chris even took it further and saw that these scammers were removed online. Eventually the emails and calls stopped. Once in a while, I receive another such SCAM, but Chris taught me how to spot the facts.
Rest assured, I will not file ANYTHING with USPTO without hiring TradeMark Express.
