Fantastic job, Trademark Factory!
I came to Trademark Factory after my initial trademark application for the Principal Register was rejected by the USPTO—an application that had been filed by a lawyer. Not only did it waste my money, but worse it cost me a full year of ranking a product on Amazon. I then had to create a new brand and re-list the product in Amazon (Amazon counts it as an entirely different product).
Trademark Factory got my brand approved on the first try because they took the time to thoroughly research whether my brand name was too similar to existing trademarks, unlike my previous lawyer. On top of that, the trademark registration process is long, but Trademark Factory consistently stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way.
Great job, and great service by Trademark Factory. I highly recommend their services.

I wouldn't hire anyone except Trademark Factory to represent me for the pursuit of a trademark. Soon after I achieved YouTube success with millions of views and 100s of thousands of subscriptions to my channel (TUCOtheratt 782K subs ), multiple imposters pretending to be me started showing up all over social media. So, I decided to Trademark my brand. The research that I did indicated that if I hired one of the cheap trademark mills to get my brand registered, the result would be a waist of money and no registration success. I found Trademark Factory by watching many YouTube videos and I learned that getting a trademark registered is complex, confusing and fraught with road blocks every step of the way for the inexperienced. Trademark Factory waded through the maze of complex government requirements, questions and multiple other confusing hurtles for me. Trademark Factory kept me informed every step of the many multiple step process and after 14 months I got my wordmark registered! Now, I know my brand is protected.

Working with Trademark Factory made the entire trademark process so much easier. The trademark attorneys worked closely with me to refine my class description so it would be approved, and they handled every office action on my behalf while keeping me updated throughout the process.

If i could give this a 0 star review I would. Run from this company! I have paid this company well over thousands of dollars and I still dont have my trademark completed. Started with them in 2022 and they are still asking for payments. I was under the impression that the initial 3k that was paid was to cover the trademark. They come back every month asking for payments for additional government fees etc. This is getting our of hand and Im tired of it. Don't use these people, they are liars, untrustworthy and scammers.

We're sorry to hear you're feeling this way, but it's important to clarify a few key facts — especially since your trademark has already been approved and allowed by the USPTO, which is a significant milestone that many applicants never reach.
Your initial payment covered the scope discussed at the start of the project, which included the attorney work, filing preparation, communication with the Trademark Office and even handling eventual formal office actions. Like any trademark process, certain official government fees (such as additional classes, extensions, or Statement of Use filings) may arise only if triggered by specific legal developments — all of which we communicated in writing and ahead of time.
The final step now is to simply submit the government’s post-allowance fees and provide evidence of use, after which your trademark will be formally registered. We’ve kept you informed of each stage, including how federal deadlines and additional filings — like the Statement of Use — can involve added costs. These are not hidden charges, but standard parts of the U.S. trademark process.
We understand the process can feel long and complicated, especially when starting out. But we’ve helped thousands of clients in the same position. We understand there were financial difficulties in covering the fees on time, but please note that the revival fee is a standard requirement imposed by the USPTO when deadlines are missed — this is not a charge from our company, but a government-mandated cost.
