Beware of Bad Business Ethics!
As far as I am concerned they are a rip off. Thank God it was only $35 for the supposed filing fee which they refuse to refund me.
I was literally caught off guard due to their wording in the email sent to me. It clearly stated that the USPTO will be paid later, once we have received the search and clearance report and confirmation of classification. For now, we only require the initial $35 service fee to begin the filing process.
It took them less than hour for the to tell me it would cost $1400 up front to file for 4 classifications with the government. This should have been stated. Each classification is $350.
