I was having some difficulties getting my follower accounts to copy my leader account. I did a quick internet search for common issues and solutions, but nothing worked. I reached out to Tradesyncer's customer support and connected with Alisha. Alisha was very helpful and immediately identified the issue. I logged back into TradingView, completed a test trade and it's working perfectly now. Thank you!

Live help came on a few minutes after I requested "Live help". They were able to answer my questions, even though I am a tad unfamiliar with the software. As far as the actual product, I never personally had any problems with tradesyncer. Any issues were solved prior to my session. Overall I am satisfied with the service just wish there are more discounts in the future.
