AVOID
AVOID! denied my payout for no reason and breached my account.
They say they have 0 payout denials which is a LIE. I had my funded account for nearly 1 year and did have 3-4 payouts already. This time they send me generic email and deny my payout. They can't say why they deny my payout and now ignore my emails. I had 100K account, use 0.5 Lots on gold, risk 1% only and still can't explain why the deny my payout.
I have posted my proof on socials and with keep posting to Dixon IG next.
I am in the process of reporting this firm to UK and Malaysian Authorities in terms for fraud and ponzi scheme. My wife family is based in Malaysia and have started speaking to lawyers to see what they can do sue them for fraud.
I asked for Dixon to explain to me why his firm has done this and still have to to tell me.
** In reply to thier comment, who the hell would i follow using 0.5L on a 100K account and 1-2 trades a day which i have done for over a year you clowns. Is fine you will hear from lawyers soon mate.

We have identified your account and can confirm that this review relates to your most recent payout request.
We respectfully disagree with the statement that your payout was denied "for no reason." Prior to this review, your account had successfully received multiple payouts over an extended period, demonstrating that we do honour legitimate payouts when all program requirements and Terms & Conditions are met.
Following a review by our Risk Management Team, your trading activity was found to have mirrored or closely aligned with another trader or group of traders across multiple accounts. Such activity falls under our prohibited trading practices as outlined in the "Copy Trading" and "Reverse Trading/Group Hedging" sections of our Terms & Conditions.
As a result, your participation in the program was terminated in accordance with the Trading Agreement and Terms & Conditions that were accepted when your account was opened.
As explained in our previous correspondence, we are unable to disclose the specific detection methods, internal review processes, or risk assessment criteria used in reaching these decisions, as doing so would compromise the integrity of our risk management framework.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, we reject the allegation that Tradexprop denies payouts without justification or operates fraudulently. Your payout history with us demonstrates that legitimate trading activity is paid accordingly, while policy violations are addressed consistently under our Terms & Conditions.

Trustworthy prop firm!
I only work with trustworthy prop firm. Tradexprop is definitely one of them. The rules is fair and achievable for traders and they were giving tons of support to us. Eg: education, customer service response and etc.

Just received my second payout from this prop firm and couldn’t be happier. Payouts are processed quickly, exactly as promised. The firm clearly operates with integrity and real business values, which is rare in this industry. Definitely one of the more trustworthy prop firms out there.
