On Nov 24, 2025, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued a warning against Trading Spear(aka Spear Capital Ltd), believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization

The platform gave me more confidence than expected because the overall experience felt structured, professional, and well managed.

The overall trading experience felt efficient, and the platform remained responsive during active use. That reliability is important when timing matters.

I watched the entire video presentation on Facebook and decided to investigate further, so put in my details and waited for the promised phone call. I got calls from 3 different numbers, all of which were previously blocked as SPAM. I received an introductory email with a link to a website. When I clicked on the link, NORTON blocked access and labelled it as a malicious site. Not going any further. Also, their claims of how much money can be made daily are unrealistic.

Ever time I attempt to connect my safe account locks me out.And I spent some time on my 1t trade. NOW NOTHING. No phone calls no contact. I don't remember the amount of funds i put in the program 3 to 4k something like that.So it has now been many months since starting NO result.

Opening the account was straightforward, but the document verification part took me a little time because I had to upload the right files. Once that was done, support answered my questions and helped me continue. Overall the process was fine, just a bit stressful at first.

I first tried the demo to understand how the platform works before risking real money. After some practice, moving to a live account felt smooth and less stressful. It helped me build confidence step by step.

Don’t invest with this company. All is good until you want to withdraw from account. Glad I only invested a small amount.

Regarding your reply. I have been trying to reach out to your team. No one is helping me. I ask for your support team to phone me. They said they would get finance to contact me. Waiting. Waiting waiting.

I started with the Starter Account because I am new to forex trading. The sign-up process was simple and the platform was easier than I expected. I liked that everything felt clear from the beginning.

When I responded to the Facebook advertisement I was paired with a Trading Spear representative said that he would assist me with picking and maintaining FX positions. All he did was pick 2 FX pairs and it went in the wrong direction, so he just said take a negative position in the other direction and suddenly my capital is now gone. His answer " trading with small balances during historic movements isn't ideal". He says just put more money into account!

This is a scam. I invested some money into their trading platform and everything seemed fine at the start until I tried to withdraw some money. They sent me a link saying this is how the withdrawal process works, but instead of receiving money, the amount I was trying to withdraw ended up being debited from my bank account. I don’t trust them at all.
