I have been trying to get the right sized trachten jacket exchanged for months now. they originally told me based on my measurements I would need a large. They told me I'd have it in 10 days. Over a month later I finally received it and it was WAY TOO big. so I wasted more time trying to reach them for a replacement in a smaller size. They NEVER sent a replacement even though "Michael" said it was on the way. The customer service is crap and the responses I've received amount to nothing but evasion and outright lies. They told me multiple times that the item shipped and I should have it within 10 days and it never comes. No updates, no tracking, NOTHING.
Either the whole site is a scam or they're going out of business and are collecting orders without delivering the product. Buyer beware on this site. You have been warned!

Horrible company!

My husband ordered lederhosen for a trip to Germany. The shop said it would ship in 3-5 days, but when he hadn't received a shipping notification a week later, he called to check. He told them that he was leaving town in a week and would need to cancel the order if they couldn't guarantee delivery by that date. They promised it would ship immediately and that there would be no problem getting it in time. Several days later, he still hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so he called again to tell them to cancel the order. Again, they promised that the package would arrive in time. At this point, my husband ended up ordering a "backup" pair of lederhosen on Amazon just in case, and it's a good thing, because the package didn't arrive until a week after we had left for Germany. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

When we got back in town, he emailed the company asking for instructions to return the lederhosen. They asked him if he would consider keeping the lederhosen and being refunded 50%. He replied no, that he no longer needed it and that it was still in the unopened package and he would like to send it back for a full refund. After that, the company stopped replying. He has sent them multiple emails and he never heard another word or got any refund.

Stay far away from this company!!

Same as everyone else one here - wish I’d checked before purchasing from them…
Bought a trachten jacket on 11/26, followed up asking about order status on 12/01 via email - no reply. Tried their instant chat on 12/03 - got an automated reply and then “someone” to say good morning… requested to cancel my order and no further response.
Immediately filed a dispute with my bank - this website should be shut down.
Should’ve known something was off from their “model” at the bottom of their page…

Item never arrived and I ultimately had to dispute the payment via my credit card. They immediately charged me but never provided any tracking details. Only gave vague answer like “expected to arrive this week next”.

What a SCAM!! Ordered a Trachten Jacket on 10/21 shipping on the website says standard shipping 3-5 days. Never received a shipping notification or tracking so I reached out via the website messenger to cancel my order and was told that my order had already shipped. When I asked if it had already shipped why had I not been sent tracking information I was told that it would be updated tomorrow. The next day still no tracking. Messaged again and was told it was after hours and I would get tracking when they opened. At this point I started growing suspicious so I started looking for reviews for the website and found this page with everyone having similar stories and bad reviews. At this point I filed a dispute with my credit card company, on the website it says 3-5 days to shop and were were well past that. When I contacted them again and demanded a refund they wanted to know the website I seen the reviews on and told them I would not tell them until I got a refund. Then at that point they agreed to give me a refund that could take up to 14-21 days!! DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Ordered a jacket on 9/21/25. Never received it. Contacted company on 10/2/25 who stated it was mailed. Contacted them on 10/10/25 to cancel my order and refund my money. They said they just mailed it. Their physical store address, 4578 Gambler Lane, Clarksburg, WV, 26301 does not exist.

The item showed as "in stock and ready to ship" with an estimated shipping time of "3 to 5 working days." I placed the order over 2 weeks ago, it still has not arrived. I was promised tracking multiple times before finally receiving it, which now shows the package in Dubai, coming from Pakistan, with no expected delivery date at this time. Additionally, I was charged another $37 USD for fees and taxes that was not initially disclosed. I leave for Oktoberfest tomorrow having paid for an item plus additionally undisclosed fees that will not have arrived. I strongly caution anyone looking to buy from this store to consider my experience.

Items ordered were never shipped. Did online chat over 2 week period. Told after one week that order would ship in another week; after two weeks told that the order just shipped but shipping information hadn't posted but I would get email/system notification. Still showing not shipped. This is probably a scam site, recommend not ordering from here.

Appears to be a scam. Very prompt responses, but consistent lies are unraveling. After 3 weeks of "oh the shipping data just isn't updating" they created a new shipping label that appears to be fake was generated in Pakistan.

I'm beginning to think this company is a scam.

Website says items are in stock and ready to ship. It's been weeks and no shipping. Call and someone answers and doesn't even say the business name. They keep promising shipping, but I see no evidence of items being shipped. Stay away.

This company is not trustworthy...I never receive prompt and honest responses when I inquire about my jacket order.
