I have been training with TrainHGV, and I cannot speak highly enough of my Training Advisor, Lily Rowlands. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed throughout the whole process. She checks in with me daily, always keeping me fully updated on my progress and genuinely caring about how I’m getting on.

Even when I didn’t expect it, Lily still takes the time to call just to make sure I’m comfortable and confident with the course. When I was revising for my theory test and hazard perception, her encouragement and energy kept me motivated, even on the days when I found things tough. She always knows exactly what to say to build my confidence and keep me pushing forward toward my goal.

Lily is not just an advisor; she is supportive, kind, and truly one of the best mentors anyone could ask for. Her dedication makes all the difference, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone starting their HGV training. Thank you so much, Lily your support has been invaluable!

I can’t rate them highly enough so far, I was expecting the normal experience of paying the fee and having to navigate each stage with no help. In actual fact it has been the complete opposite, my training advisor William Goddard has explained everything to me with incredible care and attention, phoning me for regular check ins and updates. Always only a phone call or a text away for any queries or help I might require. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their HGV.

In my honest opinion, I am more than happy to write this review. The service has been absolutely amazing, customer service to a T.... great communication. Really respect the effort from all team members, also a special thanks to Ashley Barrett for the encouragement and great boosts of confidence. Dealing with lily, customer service is top notch with regular calls to check on my progress and eager to answer any questions. Still quite early in the process but the revision material for the theory test is easy to use and really helps to learn. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, from easy to use revision materials to diligent and personable staff

Just in the first steps of getting my HGV but Tom has been a great help always has the answers to my questions and very informative

Very professional, and extremely helpful. So far the whole process has been smooth and very easy. Lily has provided plenty of useful information and is very supportive

Am having a great experience with TrainHGV right now.The follow up is so massive and they are ready to help you.Ash is really doing a great job with me ,he will take his time to check what am doing and he will make sure am doing the right thing.

Lily was extremely nice and explained in detail every process that will take place. when I asked questions she was very helpful and made sure that I was able to understand and she was also extremely friendly.

Half way through doing my class 2 hgv licence. Communication has been okay up until my test dates due to no availability apparently near where I live when I was promised this. I am awaiting confirmation of close dates and hopefully my review will improve to what it was later on.

Good place to learn to be hgv driver

Communication has been great, and they’ve been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help or clarification. It’s clear they care about making the process as straightforward as possible for new starters.

I’m really looking forward to starting the course and continuing the journey with them. So far, I’d definitely recommend TrainHGV to anyone thinking about getting into HGV driving.

Very good company with helpful and friendly staff who will assist with anything in a timely manner.

Currently doing my theory practice but Ash has been very helpful, even when ive given him a call he has helped out if I was unsure of something.

Luke has been 10 out 10 help with the process. Kind and helpful get to speak too good laugh. And just in general a 10 out of 10 employe so helpful

Not all the way through my training so far but, so far so good I have all the theory training I need and it’s all sorted into sections definitely worth going for TrainHGV.

My experience so far has been great every question I’ve had has been answered quickly, Tom has been great going above and beyond in helping get to this point and explaining the process
Couldn’t recommend trainHGV and Tom enough.
