I completed the payroll management diploma level 3 with training link. i thoroughly enjoyed the course and the depth & range of topics. The support from my tutor was amazing and all resources are easily accessible

I have had the perfect experience during the training for my Level 3 Payroll Diploma and passed with distinction. The support from my tutors has been outstanding and I could not have done it without them! Thank you so much, especially to Jo, and I am very happy to recommend you to anybody! I already have my eye on the next course...

I have studied my ICB level 2 and 3, self assessment and just finished payroll with training link and I can’t praise them enough. Tutors are great and I asked a good few questions and nothing was ever a problem. Will be back to do more soon.

Response to Training Links response:
You would be correct, getting told i was kicked off the course for leaving a bad review was not what i was hoping for, i was hoping for the excel link or template like was provided in the free trial.

You say my edits where increasingly angry, i dont think they where, they where more as you said on the phone "a running commentary of the situation"
You also insinuate that my live chat and email where aggressive, i say post them all, because they are not. The only person that was angry was you when i called you and you email stating you want accurecy in reviews. But i see you havent said anything about my complaints...because they where all true.

BIG UPDATE:
So, i got an email from Gary Hupston, as i asked for a excel link for activities that where provided just like in the free trial and because of my scathing review, he has removed me from the course effective immediately....guess we know how they keep there review score high.

It pains me to do this but I'm going to be honest and try to be as detailed as possible as to why I've gave a low review score for others that are thinking about using the company.

I've purchased and currently studying AAT level 2 and 3 combo pack.

Positives,
1. Workbooks are delivered quickly (first set atleast)
2. Tutor support generally will reply to your messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)
3. Textbook is easy to follow for almost all of the first unit that I've complete.

Now for the negatives.
1. During your free trial if you used it, you would have done the work online, the activities for the questions on the textbook at a download straight to spreadsheet so you can work through the activities given whilst learning......well that doesn't exist in the actual package (false advertising). All you get is a pdf download that isn't supported for spreadsheet format meaning none of the questions can actually be answered online, all have to be answered in the written textbook. Not sure why they don't have it available as it was in the free trail but when I asked the tutor, he told me they don't do that. Everything you do must be printed and hand written......kind of makes the online part of online study a lie.
2. Tutor support isn't available on the weekend, it says student services are and I assumed that also meant a tutor was but sadly, they don't have a single tutor on staff that can answer questions on weekends which is unfortunate.
3. There are more stuff to do online but no real guide as to when to do them, they are just numbered, self test 1 through 8 for example. I don't know when to start them or what's contained in them. Also these self tests aren't supported for the spreadsheet format so.......write the questions down on a blank piece of paper I guess??
4. Now question and answer book is the same book. There is a text book that is separate but you got to fill the questions out in the front of the answer book, this becomes a little annoying when you constantly have to flick back and forwards from the front to the back of the book to check answers, would be nice if these where separate.
5. Lastly the answer book for lack of a better way of saying, can't be complete fully. Now what do I mean by this, well the book will give you an activity to do and on 2-3 it doesn't give you the space to actually complete the question. For example, you are tasked to fill out and complete a trail balance, for this trail balance you need 17 lines in the book (according to there own answer book), but they only give you 14 lines to do the actual answer. Which can we 1. Confusing as you feel you've made a mistake. And 2. Makes you try to do shortcuts as there isn't enough room to actually fully fill it out (which you shouldn't do when learning).

All in all, for over £1200 when they say these textbooks are with £765 (from there description)......I expected a bit more thought/ quality.

I've message the student support last night as I hope it's just an error with my book or something but I doubt that's the case. I will persist through and hope the next unit has online support and activities have enough space to fully be compete.

Edit: After messaging the online chat people at training link, i can confirm, no excel link for any of the units, or self tests, or anything during the program that isnt the excel unit in level 3. This kind of makes the "online training" part pointless in my opinion as you cant actually do the study.....online.

They also said they are fixing the textbooks in the future so the tables will have the correct amount of lines to answer the activity. so let me know in the future if activity 4.4 in BTRN answerbook is still messed up.

When asked what they could do to make me happy, i simply asked for a excel link to the question and answer book or templates for the activities for future textbooks to be emailed to me which i doubt will happen.

Started a bookkeeping course with Training Link which is for a certificate from the ICB. Excellent support and the entire process of joining to the learning experience and exams are fantastic. Will highly recommend to anyone who would like to actually learn something correctly.

Have used Training Link for all my studies towards becoming a Self Employed Bookkeeper.

Faultless. Great study materials, great administration and best of all knowledgeable tutors who respond really quickly.

Mock exams I found to be more difficult than the ICB ones which made me totally sure about my ability to pass the real thing.

Have achieved all my goals and enjoyed the process.

I have just got my results for my AAT level 2 Bookkeeping and got a distinction! Training link are simply the best training provider. The books provided are very easy to follow and understand. There are mini assessments through the course which help show you were you need extra work and these can be repeated when needed. After completing the free trial I went on to successfully complete AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting.
The workbooks are clear and concise and work well alongside the AAT learning portal resources.
The online assessments are plentiful and you can retake them until you are happy with your result. Any wrong answers are highlighted and fully explained.
Email queries to my tutor and admin staff were answered within a day.
I am confident enough in Training Link to have enrolled with them for the Advanced level course.

I am currently studying Level 2 Bookkeeping and so far Training Link have been great. My Tutor Suzanne has been so helpful and super efficient, getting back to me straight away whenever I have any queries 😀

I started considering going into accounting in November and started to panic as most college courses had started in September so felt I’d missed my opportunity. I contacted AAT with my concerns who put me through to Lauren at Training Link who answered every question I had as I was starting off as a complete beginner and wanted to give myself the best chance in my career change.

I couldn’t recommend Training Link more as they give you all the materials you need for each unit which a lot of activities to test your knowledge as opposed to just a lot of reading and goes in hand with their online portal which has even more resources - videos, revision cards, extra study questions, etc.

I managed to pass my first exam gaining 90% and have just completed my second exam and waiting my results, but I’m confident I’m going to pass all my exams with everything Training Link has provided for me. Your tutor assigned to you is always just an email away from any questions you might have so you never feel on your own or struggling at any point.

I’m excited to do more qualifications with them once I’ve passed my foundation certificate.

Alongside the course work there are plenty of additional resources to test your knowledge and understanding. The tutors are there to help and respond quickly to any queries.
As someone over 50, not having touched a textbook in many years, the encouragement from my tutors helped build my confidence and continue with my studies.

I have sat several exams at the Tamworth center all under covid restrictions. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The venue is very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this venue to sit exams.
