My Experience: 2 Offers and a $20k Raise with DevLaunch
DevLaunch helped me getting 2 offers for my second position as a software engineer. Ended up getting 20k upgrade. All team member really have great understanding of the current market. The mock interviews are really helpful When I did my behavioral interview, I had already practiced 10/11 of the exact questions asked. They know what company really ask and it make the interview much easier.
The personalized mentorship help to keep focus on important thing to land a role we really want. Some focus on DSA, some on more practical interview questions and for me it was more the tech lead side.There is a couple of coach and they bring the right one to help with the current needs.
For me it was really worth it. The structure, the accountability and the insider knowledge for interview prep. Some of the info might be found free online but it’s not enough to keep pushing in the right direction during enough time to make it happen. Having someone guiding me was just perfect, I saved so many hours!
They set realistic expectation and give you everything you need to reach your goal. Being around others advancing toward their goals and reaching them is also really nice. I saw a couple other folks in the program landing job before me and it was really a great source of motivation for me.
Highly recommend!
