All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Great product
Besides damaged packaging in transport all goods received in good condition and complete, the only fault I had was the laces that needed to be woven around the net to keep it tight and fitted to trampoline the silver bits on the end of the laces fell off, therefore it took ages to complete the job, so long that I still have two nets to install.

We are pleased to hear that despite the damaged packaging in transit, all parts arrived complete and in good condition. That is the most important thing, but we do appreciate it is still frustrating when the outer boxes do not arrive as expected.
Your feedback on the net lacing is particularly helpful. The silver ends coming off would absolutely make that part of the build more time consuming than it should be, and we can understand why that slowed things down, especially with multiple nets still to install.
This is not the experience we want for our customers, so we would encourage you to get in touch with our team. We can arrange replacement laces or offer guidance to make the installation easier so you can get everything finished without further hassle.

Poor quality product.
Ok.
So I can only presume that since the last review jump pro have changed suppliers for their trampolines.
Fist. The good bit. The oval itself is really well made and although it required two of us to fit the last piece it’s well made and strong. Unfortunately that’s it for the positives.
The really worrying piece of kit were the screws. I can’t say that they are substandard, not fit for purpose and dangerous as I honestly don’t know how they are measured bar the benchmark EN 71-14. I can say that both the m8 coach bolts and in particular the M6 coach bolts for the legs were very easily snapped. So tightening with they supplied poor quality spanner meant that I had a number of screws snap. They are not stainless steel or even zinc plated and as someone that works with these materials I struggle to see how they can be certified to user under load.
The padding that goes over the netting bars dripped when putting on as it has to go over a screw which has not been factored in by manufacturers. Think very cheap pipe sleeves used for insulation. Th tops of the upper bar had not been sanded down and were very sharp. The screws that hold the two bars together don’t actually thread very well. The padding around the outside is thin and doesn’t tie down effectively. And finally which is incredibly worrying for me ( if all of the above was not enough ) the netting is very thin. At the bottom of the netting according to the instructions there should be d rings that you thread string through to connect the net to the frame. On the actually trampoline there is only small holes made by changing the stitching without any reinforcement. I don’t believe that the product that has been reviewed previously is the same product I have received and can only assume the company has either gone with a different supplier or made a conscious decision to use different fixtures and fitting. Ultimately I don’t feel this product is as advertised or very safe.

Incorrect installation instructions and terrible customer service
We ordered a trampoline from this website, and after ordering it, they sent us the wrong installation instructions. When it was delivered I discovered that it would require us to dig a hole in the ground in order to install it. This wasn't specified anywhere on the website, and because we had received the wrong instructions, it was only after the trampoline had already been delivered that we realised (and because we don't have a grassy outdoor space, this wasn't an option for us). They said that we would have to cover the cost of sending the trampoline back, which was over £40 as it is such a heavy item. I won't be ordering anything from this website again, and recommend anyone considering a purchase to carefully read the installation instructions before making a purchase.

The model purchased is an inground trampoline, which is designed to sit at ground level and requires a hole to be dug as part of the installation process. These models are intended to blend into the garden landscape and sit just above ground level once installed.
We always aim to provide clear information so customers can choose the right product for their garden, and we appreciate you highlighting your experience as it helps us review how we share installation details and guidance.
As with most large outdoor items, return carriage costs unfortunately apply when an item is returned because it is no longer required, as trampolines are heavy and expensive to transport.

Lovely trampoline. Feels steady. Only one suggestion - instructions could do with an improvement. Some steps seems to look different from the picture in instructions to the actual product (eyelets in the netting).
