I have done a few courses now with Karen over the past couple of years she is lovely and I have learned so much from her she makes you feel very welcome and I feel so comfy learning with her when you leave if you are unsure with anything she is always happy to help you.

Karen was great from the moment I booked the course I was doing. She replied via email and answered all of my questions and queries and arranged a model for me.

Karen gave me a one to one tutor pupil course which I was not expecting which other providers charge extra for. I was delighted. I had so much time and support because of this and Karen's gentle and patient nature made me feel relaxed and confident in what I was being taught. Both models were wonderful and patient with a very nervous me. Karen guided and supported me through theory, practice and assessment. I have already recommended this course to anyone interested. And I am considering booking on another course with Karen. It was definitely worth travelling from manchester for one to one course. It was affordable and more intensive, I also purchased the kit on offer from Karen at a little extra and again a fraction of what other providers had quoted me. For anyone starying out nervous, and on a budget go to Karen you will be taught like you paid extra for a 5***** course. Value for money with so much help and support. In Manchester I was quoted 4 times the price for one to one course for the same course. So glad I chose Karen as she was so friendly and helpful.

I did a combination and ombré course with Karen which was very informative and in depth. The training was one to one and very detailed. Karen is professional, friendly and welcoming and put me at ease throughout. I will definitely be returning to complete the other courses she has to offer.

I did an Ombre & Combination Brow course with the lovely Karen. The course is very in depth and informative. I had an amazing couple days with her and left feeling very confident with what I had learnt. Can’t wait to train with Karen again!

Had very specific needs for course I needed wanted pedicure training without doing a full beauty course, was very easy to book I disclosed my ADHD to the trainer and she really met my needs giving more explanation and making sure I understood everything

Trained with Karen on the 24th & 25th of July 2025 & it was absolutely amazing!! Had the best time ever. Travelled all the way from London to Liverpool and it was worth the travel!! Karen is a wonderful person & an amazing tutor!

She talks you through everything in detail, she really takes her time with her students and Karen was always there for us every step of the way!! She helps builds your confidence and makes everything so easy and smooth for us!! Couldn’t have asked for a better tutor than Karen, honestly!! Best tutor I’ve come across. Salon is nice & clean & staff are friendly!! Well equipped and Karen made sure we went home feeling very proud and confident within ourselves. Trained alongside lovely Hattie, who was a pleasure also!! My sister was a model for me and absolutely loved Karen too!! Definitely coming back down for more courses!!

I trained in lip blush with Karen and it was absolutely amazing !!! Learned so much and can say I am very confident in lip blushing after training 💗🫦 would 100% recommend training with Karen. This was my second course with Karen and will definitely be back in the future for a 3rd course ❤️

I done my eyebrow and tint course on Saturday 12th July with the lovely Karen. She taught me all I needed to know on the course and was very patient and understanding with me as I find it difficult to processing information, she explained everything clearly and in a way I’d understand. Highly recommended anyone who wants to train in beauty industry to go to Tranquil training Academy. 10/10 thank you ❤️

Cannot recommend enough! Karen was able to get a model for me when mine had let me down less than 24hours before the course. I felt very nervous on the day but Karen made me feel at ease, and comfortable. Really happy that I decided to do my course at Tranquil Training Academy.
