Needed to make a change the same day I placed the order and was told it was not possible but they have yet to ship almost a week later. Not impressed as I have had to make changes in the past several days later and there was no issue. I won’t be able to use the transfers as the customer changed their minds but I’ll be out $$$

We needed the items expedited. I paid $55 for expedited shipping. The items arrived at the same time as if I hadn't paid to expedite. No refund was given. Not a great 1st impression.

I Love TransferExpress
I Love TransferExpress. The only complaint I have is the cost of shipping. The TE mentor office is only a 1/2 hour away from my work place. Yet Shipping costs sometimes exceeds the cost of the product.

The "Goof Proof" were not great…
The "Goof Proof" Transfers were not great. Very thin, you could see the shirt through the design, holey. Will not purchase again. The Feel of them wasn't great either. Didn't feel like traditional screen print.

Very good product
The quality of the transfers is great! When I first submitted the artwork I was told the resolution was not high enough. I reached out to the online customer service and the response didn’t come until the next day. I found that a little frustrating. But once I figured it out on my own I was able to submit a design that worked.
