Transform Loft Solutions Avaliações

From the initial message to the fitting couldn’t fault it. Called them up to arrange a quote, Gareth came out No hard sell told us the prices for the different things and left it up to us to decide, booked in for 2 weeks after we had Jonathan and Ryan to come fit the loft hatch ladders and boards took 2 hours left everything nice and clean thank you 🤩

We called to schedule a survey in March 2025. This was handled quickly and efficiently. The work was then scheduled for April. Any questions I had ahead of the work date were answered quickly. On the day the 2 guys did a great job, they were polite, professional, and worked non stop from 10-2 to get the loft fully boarded out with a new hatch & ladder. This has created loads of additional storage space and will really help to de clutter our house! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their loft boarded out.

Transform loft solutions were so friendly from booking the quote, to the lads turning up to do the work.
I had opted for the loft ladders and new hatch.
The lads arrived, covered the stairs etc, for any mess, then got straight on with the job.
The job was done so quickly and efficiently.
There was no mess (just a few little bits as I’m OCD) the lads were working as a team and that showed in how efficiently they just got on with it.
Customer care is a must for me personally too and I was contacted straight back with a query I had.
That is very important these days in my opinion.
So, in summary, a great experience overall with this company.

Got the premium package absolutely brilliant the lads were spot on that did the job they were done in about 5 hours loads of storage space now everything clean and tidy when they left definitely recommend this company 👌

Both the initial quote visit and installation were extremely professional.

On installation the guys had the loft hatch moved, flooring fitted and shelves built in about 3 hours (including the awkward removal of an old redundant water tank which I was given to scrap).

Couldn't fault these guys everyone was extremely friendly, transparent and professional.

I needed my loft boarding out so I called this company after seeing some of their work on various social media sites.

Their communication was spot on. Very easily booked a survey and followed on with an install date.

On the day of the job the team turned up with a good attitude and got straight into the work. They worked well as a team and the job appeared to go seamlessly. I’d also like to add that they took great care not to make a mess, particularly in the room below the loft hatch. The whole room was covered over with dust sheets.

I’m very happy with my boarded out loft. The job has been done to a professional standard and looks very smart. It has created a lot of storage space for me.

I highly recommend this company for a hassle free and professional job.

Great job lads wre very friendly would recommend thankyou 👍

They use a company that have hammered me for sales calls for other 3 years now. I get 3 calls a day on my mobile phone. all from different numbers. anytime from 9am to after 6pm.

in reply to your response, which is misleading, you clearly buy leads off a call centre, which is exactly what your staff member who came today told me

Excellent company.
From first phone call everything ran smoothly. Lovely guys, really tidy, punctual and polite. I absolutely love my new loft space.
Would100% recommend this company.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get a loft transformation. The initial quoting process was seamless and answered all questions we asked. After we decided to go with them we agreed on a date and the team turned up bang on time. They clarified the additional changes we wanted, made sure all areas of carpet and surroundings were covered with dust sheets then set to work.
The job was completed within the afternoon and all areas were left very clean and tidy.
The actual workmanship is second to none and we are very happy with the finished result

From the start to the finish of the job these men were friendly and polite, and it only took them 3 hours. My partner and I can not be happier with our loft convertion because their work is so neat and tidy, they have helped us to make our living area more spacious by making the loft a space a zone that’s not dark and dingy and we actually don’t mind going into it, to store our seasonal items. The light switch is at hatch entrance, the ladders are steady and the boards are evenly laid.
Well done lads, and we will recommend the platinum package to anyone.

I recently transformed my loft with Transform Loft Solutions and couldn't be happier! Their team, boasting over 40 years of experience, provided exceptional service. From the first survey to the quick, 3-hour installation, every step was smooth and professional. Their finance options and lifetime warranty also offered great peace of mind. Now, my loft is a perfect clutter-free storage space. Highly recommend these local experts to anyone looking to upgrade their home efficiently!

Gareth came out to quote me today for loft boarding a ladder and light. It's a small loft space in terms of height but he advised me immediately that if the work was done I would have so little room I would have to crawl around on my stomach and I would get very little use therefore not worth spending money on. I had a quote yesterday from another company who hadn't made that clear. Thank you Gareth for your honesty and integrity for which you must be highly recommended.

Had the lads around to convert my loft and put loft ladders in they were on time and just got straight on with it they were very professional and done a great job

Very pleased with the job and they cleaned up after them would definitely recommend

Had the guys round this weekend to carry out the platinum package. Work was done fast, and to a high standard. Overly happy with the end result and the guys made sure the house was left in a clean state when finished, would definitely recommend them!

Lovely guy called Gareth came to do the quote, he was really helpful and professional. Time for installation was booked , but they had a cancellation so job got done early. Lads turned up as expected at 10am they took out old water tank, repaired a light fitting that was up there already, moved my hall light and made sure it was in the middle, which it wasn't before that. Very neat and tidy workers and were polite throughout. I would totally recommend this company and have absolutely no complaints about anything or anyone I have dealt with.

Brilliant work. From the measure up by Gareth to Jake and Ryan all of who were fantastic. The finished job is a superb job. Arrived early, and were done and dusted in less than 3 hours. Made sure carpets were covered prior to starting work. Then tidied up and hoovered when finished. 100% I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Really impressed with this company. Amazing service from start to finish. So efficient, friendly & no mess, just a great job. Can't recommend them enough.

Really good fair price to get the Loft boarded out, with ladders, shelving and light.
Very professional and excellent customer service

Fantastic job, lads even apologised for turning up 15 minutes early. Work carried out to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves, highly recommended
