Excellent experience. 1st time I ever shipped a car. Customer service was great from everyone. Shane promptly responded every time I called and even though there was a hiccup with the original driver Shane promptly recovered and found another driver. Bill was my driver and he was very professional and provided great customer service. My vette was delivered as promised even arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected in the same condition as picked up. If I ever need to ship a car again I will not hesitate to call Shane again.
