I have worked with Ben he is very responsive and helpful I thank him for that. Regarding the hotel, It is my second time on the same hotel but unfortunately it was not good as last time. The hotel looked neglected this time around. Also I needed some salt from the Hotel and they were not able to supply even salt to me. I know there are strict rules in Japan but that is just bad service.
