Driver was non-communicative, almost hostile and unhelpful. Not a good first impression for people going on vacation!

Excellent service with minor challenge
Professional driver and clean, well appointed vehicle. Perfect for two people with baggage. Minor trouble connecting at the pickup point but everyone worked quickly to connect us. We overstayed at Windsor Castle (as coordinating a two hour time window with the Castle and unpredictable traffic is a challenge). We were charged a modest amount for wait time which I am fine with but perhaps you should communicate this more clearly please on your website for future travellers?

A Near Miss
My wife and I booked a two night break in London including the ABBA Voyage concert. When we received the vouchers the concert we were booked for was after we would have left the hotel. Fortunately Travel Compendium were able to change the dates of our hotel booking to match the concert. Other than that we had no problems.

Used Travel Compensation to go and see ABBA Voyage
Used Travel Compensation to go and see ABBA Voyage. From booking, start to finish the experience we had was great. The hotel, Crown Plaza on Kings Cross Road, was good. Just up the toad there are numerous restaurants.
The ABBA experience was great. The pickup point is on Vauxhall Bridge Road, near the Victoria tube station. Direct link to Kings Cross.

Travel compendium were excellent to deal with. Any concerns / questions sorted immediately by Rafael. Our trip to London and the ABBA Voyage concert was brilliant and very well organised. The Wizard walk interesting - Sebastian was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel easy to find from the station, breakfast excellent.

Disappointing
We booked a package deal which included 2 nights accommodation in Edinburgh and a walking tour. The accommodation was fine. The walking tour was seemingly never booked. We waited for a tour operator that never showed. Wont be using Travel compendium again.

Superb ABBA Voyage experience!!
Perfect from start to finish! The service provided by TC was outstanding. We booked for the Abba Voyage Experience and what was promised was delivered in full. Flexibility when a change of date was requested, excellent hotel, quality transport to and from venue, priority entry, great seats. The whole experience for our group of four could not have gone better. This was a package offered by Travelzoo delivered to perfection by Travel Compendium and Evan Evans Tours.
