I felt I was in good hands with James from the very start. He was there to help me find the very best price for my flights. He was very informative all the way through and was always there to answer any question or query that I had. He made every effort to help me with whatever I needed and ensured the process of booking flights went very smoothly- which was great as it’s usually a stressful experience. Having been scammed online out of a lot of money to a bogus travel agency I was sceptical and incredibly worried when I contacted Eric at Travel E Smart...
But..Eric put my mind at rest...he is a star...I travelled last year to Tanzania from UK and everything was perfect...
They have managed to sort my partner a flight out of Saudi back to Philippines when all seemed lost...
I will 100% use these guys when I fly to Philippines later this year..

This company has a very good customer service and very professional in dealing with their customers. In addition, they coordinate very well with other employers

Very poor complaint handling. My daughter’s booking was described in writing as a “reservation”, but the ticket was in fact issued the same day. We later identified discrepancies between the signed booking document and the issued ticket, including the outbound airport, and a substantial difference between the invoiced amount and the airline booking value. Despite repeated requests, the company has still failed to provide a proper itemised breakdown or directly answer the documentary issues raised. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

From booking to return this company was awesome. They dealt with the bookings of hotels, visas, transfers and flights. The hotels were in walking distance from the masjid's in Makkah and Madina. We had few issues with flights in Madina and they sorted it out in an instant. They kept in touch throughout the journey.
