From the very 1st message, I was was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Messages were answered in a timely manner and various options were always discussed. The holidays that I've booked have proved excellent value for money. We had to rearrange our initial trip to Thailand as it transited via Doha, but Lucus rearranged everything without any fuss and showed compassion on what was meant to be my 50th birthday celebrations. We then booked Thailand for next year through him and also a 7 night escape to Crete, which was less expensive that others online. Emma has taken care of our refund in a prompt manner, and I will not hesitate to use Travel Garden in the future for all my holiday needs or hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Just returned home from Thailand, what a fantastic time my husband and I had!! This is the 2nd time we have booked with the fantastic company Travel Garden, and I can't recommend them enough they really did go the extra mile to pick us the most beautiful places to stay,, they even arranged day trips for us , and all our transfers ,they kept in contact with us the whole duration off our holiday Emma Louise and Ryan Anderson thank you both so much,,, we will definitely be booking again with you guys

Just returned from my Thailand holiday booked by Emma Louise and Ryan Anderson. What an amazing holiday. Communication was smooth throughout my trip, my direct flights were very good and the accommodation was lovely. This is the 2nd time I have used Travel garden and would highly recommend this company. They are always on hand to assist via watts app before the trip and while you are away if needed and will reply promptly to assist. Well done, Travel garden! I will be booking again for my next trip.

We were a little dubious about booking with a company we had not heard of before but after a few on lines checks we went ahead and booked a three centre holiday to Thailand. We have to say we cannot fault the attentive service we had from Emma Louise with the arrangements; whether it was adding an extra night in Bangkok to making accommodation changes and securing third party services (transfers etc). Emma Louise checked in with us frequently throughout our holiday offering her services. Everything went to plan perfectly. We would have no hesitation recommending this company to friends and family and will very likely book with them again. They certainly went the extra mile.

I have booked our Thailand with Travel Garden. Unfortunatelly I had to cancell it due to personal reasons.
I was helped quickly, and refunded as soon as the airline refunded them.

Just had to get this out there. Booked our 2027 trip to Thailand and Ryan has been brilliant. We’ve given him the runaround on dates and itinerary but he never wavered and we have got the holiday tailored for us. Cannot recommend highly enough. We have definitely found our new travel agent.

We are travelling to Kenya later in the year with Travel Garden and so far all arrangements and queries have been dealt with speedily and efficiently . A Special recommendation to Issac Williams who has been a constant help. Will update again after the holiday is completed.

Issac Willaims was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our holiday booking, he was very informative with all information that was required. At less than 3 weeks notice we wanted 4 different location hotels around Phuket for our 3 weeks break. He sorted everything out, flights, all our hotels & transfers - package deal. After booking everything had a after thought, needed to switching 2 hotels dates - this was a not a problem, dealt with it the next day. Issac was fanatic in putting our package deal, would highly recommend Issac from my experience.
I will write a follow up review upon our return from our holiday in April.

We booked our Singapore & Thailand trip with Travel Garden and all organised by Sean Martin. He did a fantastic job with the 4 hotels we stayed at, all the transfers (taxis & boats) and the 2 day trips we had at James Bond island & Phi Phi island.

We recently booked our Thailand trip through Travel Garden Ltd and had a very positive experience throughout.
Communication was clear and professional from the beginning. Whenever we had questions about flights, documents or timings, we received quick and helpful responses. All booking confirmations and tickets were sent over properly, and everything matched perfectly at the airport.
Our itinerary included long-haul flights and connections, and everything ran smoothly. Having the documents organised and easy to access made travelling much less stressful.
What we appreciated most was the responsiveness. Even close to departure, we were able to get clarification when needed, which gave us confidence that everything was in order.
Overall, a reliable and well-organised travel agency. We would definitely consider booking through them again for future trips.

Firstly I can’t think Sean Martin enough. From the very first moment he assured me from the quotes the all the way through until I arrived back home to the UK. He put a personal package together covering Vietnam , Cambodia and Koh Samui ensuring maximum time at each destination and flights at sensible times.
