Excellent, Efficient & Friendly Service provided by the rep.

Andrew the has actually provided me with a brilliant customer service today, very professional and very thoughtful customer service assistant. I believe that he is one of the key elements that brings in more trust into the company with his interpersonal skills.
I really am satisfied with his service thank you.

Traveljockey always with the best deal. Please ask for Paul if you need the best deal.

Ruined my plans by booking a completely irrelevant flight w/o issuing a ticket then refused refund despite airline confirming it was Travel J*ckey’s mistake.

Can`t thank Tyler enough for cheapest flights! The fares were lowest as compared to the prices offered by other travel agencies. Amazing deals! Highly recommended! Will book again.

Excellent customer service. Steve was a thorough professional very helpful and polite. He did his best to come up with solutions to accommodate my travel requirements.

The person whom I have been dealing with regarding my e ticket is Mark from last year. He's very polite, patient and knows what he's doing. I think he's an asset for the company.

Got the flights we wanted at a good price.
Pleased with the willingness to be adaptable.

Darry was amazing. He was so helpful when a different provider had messed up my flights. He managed to book me a same day flight to Thailand for a good price. Thank you for your help!

In spite of having challenges with the payment processor, Luke was very patient and resolved the issues in a professional manner.

From over the years of many times of bookings, please find below our reviews which are based on the true experience.

I will recommend Sr. Travel Agent Rachel Somerhalder is a no.1 choice, most trusted lady, she is smart very good in her job, delivers quality service every time with a positive attitude; always happy to serve the customers to their satisfaction.

It is my pleasure to write a genuine review for her and wishing you and the travel jockey all the best.

Stumbled upon travel jockey in 2017 when I needed a quick and cheap ticket to Lagos Nigeria. They've since become my travel agency of choice anytime I want to travel. A particular staff of theirs (Rachael) would go to any length to get you a cheap ticket. That's what I call excellent service, keep up the good works folks.
