Travel Jockey Avaliações

We had a great experience, very good customer service.

As my originally booked tickets with JET airways was cancelled; I found Travel Jockey unexpectedly while Googling for tickets to India, although sceptical I thought I would give them a try and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Got a fairly good deal in a short time. I certainly would recommend them. they may need to improve a little bit; but they have definitely delivered.

Very excellent service and good communication process.

Purchasing the ticket was easy and straightforward.

It was good customer service by Paul Walters and he did everything he can to assist the best and booked the tickets now. Happy for the service received.

Helpful advice from Rachel who found us a good deal on our flights after holding the options available for us. We were looking at the various deals on line and she secured the best price and most convenient route. Many Thanks.

Great service and great prices. Racheal is a great ambassador to the company investing lots time and effort into getting me the right flights at the right price Will definitely use again and recommend her to my Friend's and family. Well done Racheal.

My confirmed return leg was cancelled due to a problem with the booking and the airline cancelled the ticket. Initially Travel Jockey tried to pass it off as the Airline being overbooked, but I went to Delhi Airport and was told the truth, that due to some booking admin issue the airline had cancelled the ticket.

I had to travel back 3 days later and miss out on work and extra hotel costs. I am £1370 our of pocket as a consequence of the delay. I have complained to Travel Jockey and asked for a refund, and they have ignored and not replied despite a reminder. I shall not be using them ever again.

Steve was my ticket agent and he was very honest man. He helped me to get the right ticket and I never had any hazzles. I would strongly recommend this agency and Steve is an excellent agent. Thank you.

Excellent service friendly and all sorts helped me rebook my flight thank!

It was Steve Levin who dealt with me. He was very knowledgeable about flights. He was also very helpful with everything that I may need. He answered all my questions with a great patience. I am very pleased that I bought tickets from him, who has already made my journey easier.
