Ho effettuato il mio ordine proprio sotto il periodo del Black Friday 2024 e posso dire di aver avuto un esperienza nel complesso positiva. L'imballaggio e la spedizione ha impiegato un pò di tempo (circa una settimana e mezzo), un pò di giorni ma tutto sommato accettabile visto il periodo. Una volta spedito però ha impiegato un tempo medio per arrivare, visto che la spedizione scelta dalla ditta è stata quella ecologica green, quindi più sostenibile per l'ambiente ma più lunga nell'attesa.
Il pacco era ben imballato, e l'oggetto corrispondeva alla descrizione. L'unica cosa che ho riscontrato, ma è un opinione prettamente personale, è che mi aspettavo delle dimensioni più grandi sia del pad in pelle che dei ciondolini, invece sono abbastanza piccoli; il pad è un pò fine e si piega facilmente se messo male, e le scritte sui ciondoli nonostante le dimensioni ridotte si leggono bene e il metallo pare di buona qualità.
L'anello che racchiude i ciondoli è bello robusto. Inoltre i ciondoli arrivano già applicati sul portachiavi e non bisogna inserirli da se.
Nel complesso posso definire la mia esperienza positiva, e penso che continuerò ad arricchire il mio portachiavi con altre tappe, perchè mi piace l'idea. Posso dire che forse il prodotto comprato a prezzo pieno è forse un pò over-priced, quindi consiglio di acquistarlo con sconti o coupon per risparmiare anche grosse cifre.

Gold geht leider ab und Shop reagiert nicht. Auch bei der Bestellung schon Probleme gehabt. Schade, hätte gerne noch mehr bestellt. Qualität aber wirklich nicht gut.

Preis-Leistung passt überhaupt nicht. Die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung leider gar nicht.
Schlechte Gravur, billiges Leder.
Niete ist bereits abgefallen als ich es erhalten habe.

Was wondering why the delivery was taking so long
I letter from parcelforce arrived informing me that there was £79.21 to pay in customs fees and the like
The response from Traveller charms was simply that I had bought them from abroad and that there was nothing they could do and I should have know
Got to say not a very good experience at all
I won’t be buying any more

Leider ging das Leder schon direkt bei 2 Jahren kaputt. Schlechte Verarbeitung. Kundenservice ist nicht gut und nicht bemüht.

Sleutelhanger binnen gekregen en precies zoals die hoort! Levertijd iets langer dan een weekje. Ik ben tevreden :)

Wenn es ginge, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. 1. Bestellung kam nicht an, 2. sollte dann sofort verschickt werden. Nach über einer Woche immer noch nicht da. Entschuldigung vom Kundendienst: 10 Prozent auf die nächste Bestellung. Eine Frechheit. Ich habe dem Kundendienst mitgeteilt, dass es sich um ein Geschenk handelt und ich dieses dringend benötige. Juckt die nicht
Einige Tage später kam es dann an, nur war leider was komplett anderes im Paket als was ich bestellt hab. Ich hab das ganze dann über Paypal geklärt.

After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my order, they blamed UPS but i believe there paperwork was incomplete. The package was returned to them it sat with them. I sent several email they replied saying it will be with me very soon, but they didn't resend untill I asked for a refund. Not impressed

I have ordered 3 times from this company. The delivery time is quite long, so make sure you order in good time. Very disappointed waiting for my current order, which is a Christmas present, ordered in good time, but cannot track with the number provided.

I have been trying to contact traveller charms the past week on social media and through the website and not getting a response. I love the charms and its a real shame you can't get hold of them. It puts me off ordering again :-(
