Money won't load into card. Never had this problem before

Ordered currency for home delivery, and no one has turned up yet. It has been over two hours since the scheduled time. All I have to do is wait, and I can not plan anything else for that day. There's no one I can ring. Have already sent an email, but no luck.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! These guys will rip you off. Their exchange rates from AUD -INR are terrible.

I had been having trouble buying currency online with my debit card and went to Travel Oz West Lakes SA and explained what was happening showing proof that my several attempts were refused. The lovely young man on the counter on 11.03.2026 was friendly, polite and helped me with the issue. Currency bought. What a very pleasant experience. Thank you for all your help

I requested the Travel Money representative to change the note as per my request. He told me that no i cannot do this, whatever, the notes inside the bag you need to go with it. He did not helpful, rude and provided bad customer service.

I never recommend Travel Money Oz in Eastland to anyone.

I used TM Oz because their site stated 'Click and Collect in one hour - exclusive to TM Oz'. The response to my query when I had received no notification was 'We'll respond to your query within two days' ???
I WAS A BIT HASTY WITH THIS REACTION BECAUSE IT WAS AVAILABLE WITHIN THREE HOURS. SORRY TM Oz !!!! TM Oz also responded with an apology for taking a little longer so I am very impressed with their service.

I requested for notes that were not created but was blatantly refused. The person in the front counter was very nice but the other staff member refused my request. All I wanted was 2 notes without a crease.
