Travel Platino Avaliações

Platino travel organised a three week adventure in Argentina for my daughter and I, they listened to the experience we wanted and gave a suggested travel plan including all the places we wanted to visit. Their recommendations for hotels/trips/experiences were all very good. we found them to be very helpful and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending Platino travel

Sam arranged an unforgettable travel experience for our trip to Peru. Great places to stay, with some very luxurious lodges, amongst which in Colca Canyon.
The cherry on the cake was his suggestion to visit the jungle near Puerto Maldonado, a must see if you seek breathtaking nature and a very comfortable stay.
Would recommend Travel Platino highly!

I recently returned from an incredible four-month journey through South East Asia and Japan, and I can't thank Sam and Josh enough for helping make it such a memorable experience.
Their attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding from beginning to end. They provided expert advice, booked amazing hotels and trips and created an itinerary that balanced adventure, culture, relaxation and volunteering perfectly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travel Platino to anyone looking for a personalised travel experience, whether it's a short getaway or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Thank you to Sam and Josh and the whole team for helping create memories that will stay with me forever. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next trip later this year with you to explore South America.

Massive thank you to Sam, and Travel Platino, for organising a superb bespoke itinerary for an extraordinary trip to Tromso, to see the Northern Lights, which we saw in different settings and were incredibly impressive!

Sam listened and understood our requirements, to create a tremendous trip in celebration of my sister’s special birthday. Everything was efficiently arranged for us; including excursions to increase probability of seeing the Northern Lights (a luxury catamaran cruise and a comfortable minibus safari into the wilderness), a historical walking tour (providing a motivating insight of how Tromso has evolved), to staying in a wonderful hotel in an excellent location to explore harbourside restaurants, visit local sights and attractions; including cable car to the mountain top, arctic cathedral, aquarium, museum, ice bar, local brewery, attend a midnight church concert and more. Most within walking distance, although we found local buses easy to use.

This trip had exhilaration, interest, enjoyment and fulfilled lifelong dreams, to see the Northern Lights! Our spectacular memories will be with us forever.

Thank you, Sam, you were brilliant and would certainly use Travel Platino again, plus making recommendations to our family and friends.

Sam organised the most wonderful and amazing trip for us which was arranged as a special birthday gift for me by my partner, sister and brother-in-law and something I have always wanted to do.
Sam was in regular contact to ensure our trip and excursions were planned exactly to our needs and he made sure everything ran really smoothly. Our hotel was fantastic and in such a great location for walking around Tromso. Sam provided comprehensive and informative details on all our excursions which included a catamaran cruise, city history tour and a luxury minibus safari to see the Northern Lights, which was just stunning and great fun. We were so lucky to see spectacular displays of one of natures most amazing phenomena on several nights. Huge thanks to Sam and Travel Platino for arranging this most wonderful and memorable trip of a lifetime, I can’t recommend this travel company enough and will definitely use them again. Thank you Sam.

We had the most incredible experience with Travel Platino, who organised our unforgettable trip to Tromsø, Norway to see the Northern Lights.

From start to finish, Sam was absolutely amazing. He took the time to really understand what we wanted from the trip and carefully built a personalised itinerary with special tours that gave us multiple opportunities to see the lights — and we were lucky enough to experience them several times! His knowledge and attention to detail made all the difference.

The hotel arranged for us was incredible, and we were greeted with a lovely birthday surprise on arrival, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Every element of the trip felt seamless and perfectly planned, thanks to Sam’s dedication and communication throughout.

This truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better travel company to organise it. We will absolutely be using Travel Platino again for our next big adventure.

Thank you, Sam.

We travelled with Platino to India for 26 days just my Son and I, we had incredible experience that created memories that will last forever.

As it was our First Time visiting India, we really welcomed all the support Platino gave us in organizing everything. From the moment we landed and met our driver, everything felt well planned and reassuring.

We visited amazing places including New Delhi, the Taj Mahal, and the Pink City. Mumbai and Kerala.
Thoughout our trip, we were looked after extremely well

We had a driver Tommy who was outstanding, calm, professional, and completely in control even in heavy traffic. We felt safe and well cared for throughout our journey.

I would especially like to mention Josh, who handled our booking.
He is genuinely such a nice person, kind, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to help me with my visa, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His care and attention really stood out.
Josh set up a what’s group with us should we need any help available 24/7

I would highly recommend Platino to anyone planning a trip to India. They went above and beyond in many ways.

Thank you Josh and Sam for all your hard work making it such an amazing experience for us.
We look forward to booking with you in the future and have recommended you to several of our friends already…
Thank you
Julia & DeAndre

Sam and Josh were amazing from start to finish when it came to organizing our multi-city trip in Brazil.

The time and effort they put into choosing the route, flights and hotels was unlike other travel agencies.

The hotel in Buzios was particularly lovely and they even arranged us some surprise tours in Rio de Janeiro.

My friend and I are already planning on our next trip with Travel Platino, and hope to do a three month tour of Asia with them.

Thanks again and see you soon!

Sam planned the most memorable Costa Rican trip! He curated the perfect itinerary that corresponded to our needs and budget. Overall, great service, fast response and super professional customer service. I highly recommend to use their expertise if you want to enjoy your next trip with peace of mind!

Already thinking of the next one which Sam has come up with some ideas for it but rest assured these guys are reliable, friendly and with you all the way !

Sam was so flexible when it came to our plans to travel to the north of Chile and Bolivia. He seriously worked magic as he stayed within our budget and found truly unique hotels and tours that were perfect for us! We also felt extremely supported while we were traveling as he checked in on us to see if everything was going according to plan. We had an amazing trip thanks to careful planning and we have already booked another trip with Travel Platino!

We wanted a round the world trip which was proving difficult to organise…….until we spoke to travelplatino!
They were amazing from start to finish, they sorted out the best flights, transfers, hotels and even bullet trains. We were away for 8 weeks, travelled 34,000 miles visited 10 countries and took 14 flights, all without a single hitch. Josh kept in touch along the way which was reassuring and he was always on hand for any queries we had. We will certainly use them again and are already planning our next trip with them.

Outstanding service from Josh and the team. They really went over and above to ensure our family trip went without a hitch, organising flights, transfers, high speed trains, and a few tours! We were incredibly impressed with what was achieved and couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely use again.

These guys are really responsive, know their stuff and were happy to work through different options that ultimately gave us a great experience to match what we wanted.

Incredible month away, all thanks to Sam and the team at travel plantino. Took all the stress away from organising and booking everything. Sam’s super talented at what he does, sculpting our trip around my ideas + his recommendations. I will 100% be using him again in the future! Thanks again, Sam!

Cannot recommend Travel Platino enough!! We traveled Vietnam, Borneo and Bali.
Seeing orangutans in the wild, swimming with manta rays and sitting inches away from the moving train in Hanoi with a cup of coffee are a few of the many highlights.
From start to finish Sam was professional and accommodating. Sam built the itinerary around us after getting to know what we like/dislike. He was available whenever we needed him and checked in on us throughout.
We went to the most breathtaking places even the hotels were gorgeous. Even better that I got engaged whilst we were in Bali! 💍
Thank you so much to Sam and the team for making our trip so special!
We’ve already vowed to use Sam for future trips! Thanks again!

Travel platino organised an amazing surprise trip for me and my partner to Riga in Latvia. We throughly enjoyed discovering somewhere where we probably wouldn’t have looked at going to. Travel platino were very communicative with any questions we had regarding our stay. We had no idea where we were going on our holiday and Travel platino made the experience very relaxing and faultless. We would highly recommend using Travel Platino for any trips across the world and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Sam worked hard to tailor the holiday to our particular requirements. As a result we had a wonderful time in Chile and wouldn't hesitate to use Travel Platino again.

From my very first communication with Sam I felt listened to & knew he understood exactly what we were looking for.
Sam built our itinerary for Vietnam based on his personal experience. He booked flights, transfers, accommodation & tours in all 5 of our destinations.
Sam or Josh kept in touch throughout our trip to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were brilliant when we had to make a short notice change due to illness & went above and beyond when we missed our connecting flight on the way home. They were on the phone to us & Cathay Pacific to make sure we got home with as little stress as possible.
I certainly can’t recommend these guys enough. We will definitely be booking with Travel Platino again.
