Thank you very much for an amazing experience, the safari exceeded all my expectations. The organization was at its best, we were especially lucky with the driver, I don’t remember his name, it was clear how much he likes to drive through the desert, he left us a lot of positive emotions. I also want to thank Gayathree, she is a very nice girl, she helped us with the choice of the tour, told us in detail what to expect. We wanted to contact other companies, but it was thanks to her that we turned to Travel Saga Tourism. Thank her very much!

We stayed in Dubai for 1 week from 27/12/2022 to 03/01/2023, staying at the Media One hotel in Dubai Marina, we met them Gayathree Abayasundara travel consultant, a kind and prepared girl who organised a tour in the desert with a ride in the dunes, camel walk and buggy ride all fantastic and fun I highly recommend her tours for maximum experience and convenience.

Amazing service from Tina
I had an amazing stay in the Rove Healthcare City Hotel where Tina was a travel advisor and she assisted me with booking some of the activities I had planned on my holiday. I was able to get tickets which were sold out for activities I wanted to do and she made it effortless. She provided me with all the details and went out of her way to ensure they ran smoothly. Highly recommend

The customer service I got from MONISH…
The customer service I got from MONISH on the booking of activities was excellent. The feedback turnaround was good especially on the arrangement for Covid19 PCR test that was required for my son to do before traveling back to our home country, and the arrangement of transport to the airport. All in all the customer handling service was friendly and very good

Excellent experience ! We had an amazing time in Dubai.The Rove hotel is perfect and comfortable. Delicious food as well. We booked our trip in the desert at Rove hotel reception with Usha who was very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much. I highly recommend it !
