If there was a zero, I would have selected zero. Very quick to take your money but if you need help they will extort money from you to profit

Do not book with this company

Do not book with this company. They offer low prices and say the flights are available. The moment you put your card details and ‘confirm’ the flight. They will email you back saying the card was not fully authorised and the flight you booked is no longer available- even though the same price and flight is available the next day. The staff try and lure you to book and alternative flight and date for higher price. The refund will take 72 hours so you are stuck to book another flight until you get your refund. AVOID COMPLETELY. WHEN ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS

AVOID TRAVEL TROLLY

The only reason I give 1 star is because I can't give zero!!!
It was huge mistake to using Travel Trolly .
I chose Travel Trolly through Skyscanner. I booked from london to Delhi and return from Delhi to Mumbai to London I was surprised that the return booking is from Mumbai only, meaning I have to travel from Delhi to Mumbai to take the plane from there. This is fraud and deceit, and Skyscanner must expel the Travel Trolly from its site, otherwise She is an accomplice of lies and fraud
I will definitely go to Trading standard agency

READ CAREFULLY. STAY AWAY

The only reason I give 1 star is because I can't give zero!!!

Like so many other reviews on here I chose my flights based on the timings. I could have saved money with flights with longer stop overs but with ongoing health issues and work commitments I couldn't stay these lengths of time. Chose my tickets, paid my money and then comes the email a few days before travelling.

"sorry but the airlines haver changed the flights its out of our hands, you will need to ring British Airways"

Changed times??? We booked with BA and now our flights are with Quatar with a 9 hour stop over!!!

I was told the airline changed it and that was the only flight but was then also told I could change to a similar flight to what I should have had but would have to pay the difference??? Was I offered money back for the crap option I didn't opt for????

These people over book the flights then once they have your money just dish you off to whatever works for them.

I also called British Airways that confirmed with me that they had absolutely no idea why my flights had been changed and the flights I originally had were still available to book with BA.

Im not allowed to use certain phrases or words to express exactly what I would call these forms of business practices but I'm sure you can imagine. I can't make defamatory remarks or do anything to jeopardise a businesses reputation or anything, but they can take advantage of us? I just continue to spread the word on as many review sites as I can as often as I can.

I hope every single person who reads my very honest and evidentially backed up review and stays clear.

Don't ask to speak to a manager either because apparently they don't have any. You'll just expect a call from another person you can barely understand within 24 hours who also doesn't care!!! 4 days I spent fighting this. Waste of time.

Southall Travel are the parent company who were communicating with me also, so don't think they are any better.

ADDED: Before I forget, I was also told when I asked to just refund me my fees as the times were not acceptable I was told I was not entitled to any refund of any kind and that if I cancel not only will I lose my money but they would unfortunately have to charge me a cancellation fee?????? These lot are on a different planet!!

''Dodgy staff''

''Dodgy staff'', Received an email that Gulf Air had changed the flight timings. I called 0208 843 4400 to ask the reason. The staff did not follow the call handling protocol and did not personalize the call. He hardly mentioned his name and asked to call the next day as the concerned department staff had left for the day. I called the next day three times each agent transferred the calls to other hitting posts and poles. The last agent checked the system and said you already agreed and accepted the flight changes yesterday. I told him I called yesterday and had been advised to call today to enquire about the concern. I asked to escalate the matter to a senior, and he replied that the superior had left for the day. Now filing complaint to small claims court.

The worse travel agency ever

They are against the costumer and not transparent in their deals, when I rescheduled my flight due to tested positive they charged me 180£ extra when I ask them about it they told me it's tax difference when I asked them what tax difference is they said no no this is administration fees and tax difference, the same scenario when I decided to accept a voucher due to a family member tested positive they told me I can use the voucher at any time and depend on flight prices at the time when I will use it, I call them to use my voucher they told me I have to pay again 180£ I told them when I check the flight price online is 1027£ and my voucher is 1350£ they told No you have to pay extra 180£ again I ask them to send me the voucher to use it directly with the airline company they refuse and said I just can use it through them, so I forced tp pay 180£ extra to save my voucher.

Won’t recommend anybody to buy tickets…

Won’t recommend anybody to buy tickets from them,bought 3 ticket for them 2 been cancelled and for the 3rd paid extra to book but later on again rang them to change the dates but they were still asking me to pay more money even though prices on other sites were half of their price,if want to speak to a manager it’s a mission to and even managers dont know what their job is,so no choice had to give them more money to buy the same ticket for 4th time

Travel Trolley - Non Professional customer service agent

Customer service agent (Anna) was extremely rude and was extremely non professional. I simply asked her to check the actual refund policy applicable to my ticket (refund policy was contradictory to what travel trolley send me in their invoice and to the airline website). I would simply say to avoid travel trolley if you don't want to ruin your day

The worse travel agency ever

The worse travel agency ever. I would give them 0 star if there was such an option. The airline company informed me that my flight got cancelled on 9th June so I sent an email to Travel Trolly to request a refund. They replied on 10th June saying they have filed for full refund with the airline, and asked to to contact them after 30 days to check the status of refund. However, when I contacted the airline on 29th June, they confirmed that Travel Trolly didn't applied the refund, so my ticket status was shown as OPEN. I told Travel Trolly what I was told by the airline, and got a reply on 1st July saying refund shall be credited to me within next 10-14 working days. Today is 15th July and I still haven't recieved any money. I called the airline again and this time they confirmed that Travel Trolly applied the refund on 1st July, and the airline company already refunded the money to them. So I contacted Travel Trolly to question them why did they waste 21 days and delay the application of my refund, I also asked when could I receive the money which they promised to credit to my account within 14 working days, but I've got no reply! This is absolutely a nightmare to deal with Travel Trolly, and I'm not even sure if I will have the full refund! Lesson learned the hard way and I hope anyone who sees this review won't make the same mistake like I did.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak our travel…

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak our travel plans have been cancelled. We decided back in April we would not be going to Bali as planned mid June, but decided not to panic and delayed contacting travel trolly until nearer our holiday dates, knowing travel trolly would be busy dealing with more urgent customers who’s holidays were in April & May.
We were worried about loosing the money we paid for our Qatar flights (7 flights in all). BUT we need not have worried.
On 30th May, Aman from Travel Trolly contacted us by telephone to alert us that our flight had now been cancelled and informed us we were entitled to a full refund. We were asked if we would prefer vouchers, but we requested the refund be paid back onto our credit card, and we were advised this may take a little longer to process.
On 6th June we received a second call from Travel Trolly explaining that our refund was now being processed and that we should receive it in full by 19th June.
Today is the 11th June and I’m very pleased to say the refund has now been credited to our credit card in full.
I give Travel Trolly FIVE BIG STARS as they have credited us easy, we have not had to chase them at all - and we have received all our money which is a huge reliefs. The refund also arrive BEFORE our original flight day which was 16th June. THANK YOU TRAVEL TROLLY, We will use you again! :)

Refund nightmare

Terrible company do not book with this firm under any circumstances. Customer service team rude unhelpful telling me different story every time to fob me off. Top bottom they have mine and friends money for four flights to New York that the airline cancelled and are refusing give cash back just credit voucher this is against law if airline cancel . They didn't have decency let us know flight cancelled found out myself . I have emailed multiple times got one answer with vague credit note no details and travel trolly spelling was trevel , I'm at the end of my patience with this firm . Please don't go through what we have if anything goes wrong with your booking. I'm booking high street travel agent in future lesson learned
