Dubai flights
When I made contact with Imran nothing was to much trouble from checking dates and times and even when I realised I'd given Imran the wrong date he sorted quickly.
And he wasn't pushy either he was happy to give me a price and for me to get back to him in my own time which took me about 5/6 days and the price was the same as original quote

"Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tariq. We’re pleased to hear that you found our service to be good. We did notice that the rating left was two stars, which may have been unintentional given your positive comments. If that was the case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your rating, as it would help support our business. Thank you again for your time and for choosing TravelZoneUK."

Outstanding Service
Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!
I've used Zain’s travel services twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely seamless. From start to finish, he handled everything professionally—quick responses, great ticket options, and smooth bookings. He went above and beyond to make sure my travel plans were convenient and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and detail-oriented these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy travel agent, look no further. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!

Bad experience
Very bad experience.. made a mistake by giving 5 Star. They are not supportive at all throughout the journey. And the manager leaves worse commands. Had a very bad experience with cancellation and exchanging dates. I would advise not to go with travel agency for savings your money and not to get stuck with them. Worst they are for sure.
