VERY DISAPPOINTED ... I recently contacted the Travis Matthews Customer Service department (via phone) requesting a replacement for a 1 year old pair of navy golf pants. These were purchased at my local PGA Superstore (Naples, FL) during the Spring of 2025. The fabric had started to 'pile on the front and around the pocket. I had worn these pants approximately 10 times, probably less. I was asked to send pictures and a copy of receipt. Well, taking pics was easy enough but of course I'm not saving receipts for pants for one month, much less one year. One of the pics shows a date of 05/24 which I assume (but can't speak with complete certainty) is a manufacturing date. When I received my response it was an offer of 40% off a new purchase as they no longer make this exact model. (They could have easily offered a similar product replacement). I said this seemed unfair and was not a satisfactory solution. I have heard nothing more. I have purchased a reasonable number of TM products in the past for both myself and for our son in law. I will stick with other brands whose quality I know I can trust (Peter Millar, Redvanly and Johnnie O). TM has lost a good customer and certainly not one who will recommend their products to others. As I said at the beginning 'VERY DISAPPOINTED'

Bought 2 pairs of their top of the range golf shoes Ringers in their sale wore 1 pair for a whole season no problems at all.However wore the second pair they lasted 12 rounds as sole on left foot split right across in 4 points of outer sole .The cleats housing also fell out as well .Spoke to customer services waste of time would not replace or repair offered me 20% off any full priced item.Absolutely shocking, shoes should last longer than 12 rounds of golf not fit for purpose.Will never buy from them again.Would have given no star rating if available.

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service and antiquated returns process. I bought some golf shoes which are too small. Normally not an issue as can simply return…… not in this case…. To return an item you have to email them and ask for a returns label. It’s been 2 weeks, not a single response despite chasing several times. Now I am left with a pair of shoes that don’t fit me and no refund. Unacceptable, I will never purchase anything from Travis Mathew again.
DO NOT BUY FROM TM, DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placed an order for golf shoes, after ten days they had not arrived.
Spoke to customer services who assured me they would be delivered by the weekend.
On Monday, 16 days after ordering, I received an email saying the order had been cancelled since the shoes were out of stock. I WAS FUMING!!!
Once Bitten …
Purchased a couple of pairs of casual shoes (which are quite frankly bang average) and a pair of top end “Ringer” golf shoes. Comfort factor isn’t great for a premium shoe and the laces broke within a month. According to their customer service they don’t offer replacement laces.
Stick to major brands where you have half a chance of customer service that isn’ “Callaway Based” - won’t touch this crud again!
Shocking customer service!
Shocking! Ordered some golf shoes and they send completely the wrong style and colour…I emailed for a returns label and : working days later, still no response!

Ordered Legend Golf shoes
Ordered Legend Golf shoes. Process including free fast delivery was first class. The shoes both look, fit and feel great. Just the quality they are described to be. This is my first purchase from this company and definitely won’t be my last.
Bad experience
Sent me a youth hat, when there is no option for ‘youth’ on their website and then the hat still in ‘processing’ has just never been sent. Its took 3 weeks for them to send a return label for the youth hat. Horrendous customer service, puts you off ever wanting to buy anything through them again.

Poor customer service, deleting online reviews
Shipping timelines were incorrect, customer service was unreachable during regular business hours (published hours on website for chat, email, and phone availability), customer service (when finally reached) never followed-up (6 business days so far) after promising to do so. When I posted a product review noting these issues, it was deleted after being verified and published.
Awful Customer Service
Have to say this is possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. Wanted some new clothing, shoes etc. Didn't know it was owned by Callaway. I am trying to return an item and have called over 20 times to get transferred to other departments, straight to answer phone, a few times I spoke to people and they immediately hang up when you tell them what you want. I do ike the items I have received, especially the shoes, but I will not be buying from them again, takes 7 days to get items then you cannot speak to anyone about returns, just dreadful Callaway. Next clubs will now be taylormade
TM Shirts fray from seat belts!
I have like 12 TM polo shirts. The style appealed to me. However, the fabric is such poor quality on all of them that my seat belt has frayed a line across all of them! I don't have this issue with any other brand I own. Really disappointed.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Bought an item of light outer clothing which was severely faded within 3/4 months and after only a couple of washes. Customer service said they’d replace it and to give them postage details etc, which I did. Replacement never arrived so I enquired and they backtracked on the offer saying they could no longer offer me replacement but instead a goodwill gesture of 15% off any other purchase. Safe to say their 15% off is safe and won’t be used. Shame as loved the fit and look of their clothing but won’t buy again.
Great purchase but website changes would improve the customer experience

Only disappointment was the website itself. Suggest some changes are made to make it easier to find products and also suggest that categories are removed when there is no stock available.

Worst website ever...twice asked to set a new password and twice they did not send the email to reset it...ridiculous and also they are always out of stock on so much...goodbye TM
