Great, tree arrived, and they were really helpful when I wanted to move the delivery date forward. Tree was great, and looked great in the office.

Their Fraser Fir trees are fantastic, this is the only reason I ordered from tree2me this year. However, the service is really bad.
Last year I ordered the tree and Christmas lights. Christmas lights were not delivered at all, although I contacted their support multiple times — no reply from them.
This year I ordered from them again — the tree they delivered was with a broken branch, which was disappointing. Today I had a tree collection and what a mess it has been!! Last year they carefully trimmed the tree and put it in the bag. This time they just tried to put the whole 7ft tree in the bag, of course it didn’t fit, the guy was very sloppy, didn’t care that the spruce needles were EVERYWHERE! I had to cleanup all spaces in the building where he went — lift, lobby. I paid for this £45. Won’t order from them again.

I had to re order my Xmas tree after being scammed by another company found trees2me online order. Friday 12cand delivered and put indoors by 10 10,30 on the 13th Dec such an efficient delivery then booked yesterday for them to come and take my tree down take the decorations down they came this morning at about 8.8.30ish two nice young men very polite one called Matthew undressed and packed away the decks cut the tree down packed it in a bag hoovered where the tree had been and left well worth the money would recommend this company for next Xmas most definitely. A big thank you.

The delivery was total chaotic, first my tree was delivered to the wrong address/was lost, on the second attempt the next day they delivered the tree too late and the wrong size and 3 hours later they finally delivered the right tree. Very disappointing !

Absolutely outstanding service and quality from Tree2Me. The tree arrived fresh, vibrant, and you could immediately tell how high quality it was. After three weeks, it still looks like it was freshly cut; hardly any needle drop at all, which is impressive compared to other natural Christmas trees I’ve had in the past.

Delivery was smooth, on time, and very efficient, making the whole experience stress-free. This was my first time ordering from Tree2Me, but it certainly won’t be my last. The quality truly sets them apart, and I’ll be sticking with Tree2Me for future Christmas trees without hesitation. Highly recommended!

A beautiful tree, delivered on time, and installed for us. The person delivering was very polite and there was no mess beyond a few pine needles which are only to be expected. We named our tree Steve and have enjoyed having him in our home for the holidays. Thank you Tree2me.

I was in such a hurry to buy a christmas tree in time for our party (after our friend could no longer give us a lift to buy one) that I didn't realise that the autofill had put the wrong address nor that I was an hour after the next day delivery cut off. I messaged your chat bot and Lauren couldn't have been more helpful! She managed to slot me in with a next day delivery and to the right address. She saved our Christmas party!! It's a beautiful tree and means a lot to us, we're a house of house mates in our mid 20s that haven't ad our own christmas tree before so this is so special! Thank you!

Always deliver a beautiful tree - that looks symmetrical! the needles stay on the tree as long as it’s in water and not in a hot room. I get mine delivered on birthday every year 10th dec as a present to me! Thank you 🙏
