Tree came well kept and was good quality. The best tree we've had in ages. No gaps, so it looked full. We got a fraser fir.

The delivery was made to our porch and the doorbell was pressed, but the delivery driver didn't wait to check that we were in.
Tracking for delivery is excellent though.
Also, the tree is pretty good, but curved. I'm torn between knowing that all trees should be loved and being a bit miffed that it looks like it's falling over!

We’ve used them for some years but the tree delivered today is really disappointing. Bad value for £80. On the bottom of the trunk one side is near while the other has branches. For us to even this out we’d need to cut at least 20cm off the bottom. This isn’t a tree that should be sold in the 150-175cm category and we need to replace it.

I will be very happy to use this company again because of their outstanding customer service. I was disappointed in the quality of the tree I originally ordered. I emailed customer support about it and had a reply only a few minutes later. They agreed straightaway to replace the tree and arranged the delivery for the next day. Now that's what I call service! The new tree is lovely.

Do not use - absolutely rubbish.
We would be better off if they delivered nothing rather than rubbish we are left with..we could simply buy another.

We had forgotten how poor this mob were and made the mistake of repeating last year.

Our 5 to 6 ft tree arrived whilst out and left in the garden … it is not quite 4ft 8, had 3 dead branches and was covered in mud. What do you do with a small muddy tree with dead branches at this time of year?

A very cynical business model.

I bought a ‘Potted Christmas Tree’ and it arrived broken, no pot! Complained and not helpful whatsoever - Don’t buy from this outlet, you will be disappointed.

Terrible service. Supplied a tree with a 2 foot branch at the top. technically I suppose you could say it fell within the parameters of the order for a 7-8 foot tree. However, it is the poorest excuse of a Christmas tree.
I paid for installation but only one guy arrived and I had to help him install the tree. No covers for his shoes. Brought dirt into my house.
I complained and got zero from their customer service.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Tree arrived ordered a 6ft to 7 ft tree. The tree barely pushes 6ft. Measure the tree and where the tree actually stops is less than 6 foot. The single branch for the star just about gets to 6 foot. When I complained to great tree2u the response was we cannot guarantee over 6 ft. This is misrep - you say a tree is between 6ft and 7ft so you expect tree in that range not a single branch. Won't be ordering EVER AGAIN. Dont waste your money.

This is my third year using Tree2me and each time the trees have been great. I’ve had 2 different types each year and always been really pleased with what’s arrived. 20+ years of real trees and the ones from here have been hands down the best.

Absolutely will continue to use-now my default tree supplier.

Tree looks gorgeous, we're really happy. Delivery was as described and good tracking. Delivery guys were great and helped me get the tree into the house when I was there alone

My order came promptly and my delivery driver was excellent. He made my partners day by going above and beyond to make sure the tree was delivered with ease. He was kind and friendly and I want to make sure he is rewarded! I didn’t catch his name however my order number was #T11876

Terrible. Ordered a tree with installation. The delivery person had no clue how to do it and wanted to leave first. And he seemed clueless which showed as the tree collapsed shortly thereafter on the spot where I was sitting with the kids earlier. Pure miracle noone got hurt and just a few bulbs were broken. The tree is ok but looses a lot of needles quickly

Delivery was quick and easy. They were so kind and helpful. The tree is beautiful and very fresh. I added lights and a stand, they delivered, installed lights and the stand and made it all so easy. I’m so happy with my choice! Would purchase again & again!

I organised my schools Christmas tree sale and these guys were great! So responsive in the lead up and the trees were all great. We have had wonderful feedback already about the trees.

I’ve tried every tree delivery for London and usually either the tree or the delivery let me down. Tree2me is the first company that nailed both. The website is easy to navigate. I received real time updates on delivery so I didn’t have to sit at home wondering when the tree would arrive. And the chap who delivered couldn’t have been nicer. All great but not until I let the tree open for 24 hours that I thought YES, it’s perfect. Thx’

Third time using this service but never again. There was a bed bug in the tree on the netting it arrived in. We were told to shake out the tree in the house. We left the tree unopened asking for a collection and refund. We were told no and they will collect it. Terrible service and on top of that we’re willing to collect it unopened and not give us a refund?

Second year in a row we’ve used this service and second wonderful 8ft tree received, courteous drivers and fantastic customer service, instant replies if you need anything and better yet the deliver vans are tracksble to the door so no wasted time with an hours notice, Thank you to Lauren, great service and updates!!

Not as advertised, and customer services were completely unhelpful! We ordered a narrow Fraser Fir which arrived two days ago and we unwrapped it immediately. Loads of branches and a huge amount of needles fell off as soon as we took the netting off. We trimmed the bottom and put it in water but it has already lost a huge volume of needles, and the middle of the tree is now very bare and the branches are looking crispy already. What’s more, it looks nothing like the image of the tree on the website - it is more of a ball shape and is very wonky, with bits that have been lopped off randomly. I usually don’t mind a tree with character but we have been really disappointed in this one. We complained, and they fobbed us off saying this is normal. Would not recommend and won’t use again.

Really great service, very friendly and professional delivery driver who was very cheerful even tho he had to deliver to the 4th floor and love the tree - thank you!
