Item out of stock after placing order
I ordered some brown paddock boots in the sale but my order could not be fulfilled as the item was out of stock. I asked for black boots instead but they were also out of stock.
However, l did receive an apology and a very speedy refund.

A lovely company to deal with. The top I ordered was unfortunately too large but they dealt with the return and refund really efficiently. Can’t ask for more than that.

My order wasn’t in stock so I was…
My order wasn’t in stock so I was offered a refund or a smaller size with a return label. The assistant then kindly called me to say another size had been found, so a selection was sent for me to try. I could not fault this service. Teresa from Customer Services went above and beyond to help us.
