The product is great, there was a slight delay on the delivery after choosing next day (took one extra day to arrive), however the product was good!

To explain the delay, your order was received at 15:47 on a Monday, which was after our 3pm cut-off time for next day delivery. Your order was subsequently dispatched on the Tuesday via Royal Mail Tracked 24, intended for next day delivery on the Wednesday. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a further one-day delay at the Mail Centre following the collection of your parcel before this was processed for onwards delivery, hence it was delivered on the Thursday. I apologise for the inconvenience this caused you and the fact that your order arrived too late for you to use it. Please let me know if you need to return the item for a full refund. The service was fine. The viscose ribbon was flimsier than expected and I may have to re-mark the trees if it doesn’t last long enough.
