Lovely looking boots, great fit and very comfortable

When I ordered the jacket I thought it was coming from the uk. Had I known it was coming from France I would not have ordered it. Please make it more clear on purchase. The jacket is not suitable and will cost me £47 to return it what with postage and import taxes.

Formidable! Des bottes élégantes, confortables et robustes. Elles taillent un peu juste en longueur ; j'aurais pu prendre une demi-pointure au-dessus. J'ai retiré les semelles intérieures pour pouvoir porter des chaussettes en laine épaisses. Bon rapport qualité-prix, livraison rapide.

Excellent transaction, great prices and good communication

Good pair of shoes.

Unfortunately im English and only text English. And when we very first ordered from these guys we didn't realise that they were from France. The bag did eventually come and it's a great bag. We're using it carry our deflated kayak down to the shore.

Ordered a Patagonia fleece which I had difficulty finding in the UK. Fleece was exactly as described and I was kept well informed of progress throughout the delivery process, with the fleece arriving ahead of the forecast date.

Great boots at excellent price. Quick delivery. Well packaged.

Company sent the wrong size of an item. When I emailed their customer service line, they were initially very helpful, and asked for photos to verify the issue. Once I sent photos, they said they would accept a return and asked me to fill out a return form. I did so, but did not receive a return shipping label. I contacted them four times asking them to provide a label, and received no response. I eventually had to raise a dispute with my debit card provider. Will never do business with these people again.
