Took nearly 2 months to receive one item, contact wasn't a problem, being lied to was, was told it was sent, lost in post, etc., altho I got excuses and apologies, tracking system confirm it was only posted 7 weeks after purchase!!!

Ordered some makeup brushes on the 25th of April for a birthday present. I'ts now the 25th of May the birthday has been and gone and i still havent received anything even though they said it would be 7 working days. Well it's been 22 and i'm still waiting.

I chased them on the 12th to which they said the item had been dispatched the day before and i needed to allow another 5 working days before delivery. I then went on to say i was disappointed in the service i had received and had no reply to that.

I have chased them again today so it's a waiting game but a total of 22 working days and no communication isn't good enough! Very disappointed.

I ordered a black batman fidget spinner 6 may for next day delivery recorded/signed for the item arrived on 19 may after sending many emails and trying to track the item, yes it's finally here but it's white!

This order was placed on 6th May and as of today 16th May I've received nothing, and when I try the tracking service it shows nothing.

Fabulous customer service and great products! I had ordered a Solar Powered Dog for the garden but it didn't arrive. After a month I emailed Trending Picks to let them know. Got a nice apology really quickly and then the resent my order which arived in just a few days. I was very happy with their service - I understand that sometimes parcels don't arrive but it's not their fault.

Ordered a few things which I've been really happy with. All in all, I can't fault them! By the way - Solar dog (12.99) is the cutest thing ever!!

I had recieved an email on 27th April with a shipment number and tracking code but had not recieved goods and Royal Mail tracking number useless as number not scanned till parcel is delivered. I contacted Trending picks with query about delivery. They reply by saying they were waiting for one item from my order to come back in stock. And actual order will be sent out on the 8th May. So why send dispatch notification? I am disappointed with my experience and hope they can sort themselves out or l shall not be using their services again. This is second time I've ordered from them and might well be the last time.
