Order not received
Placed two orders. One arrived with items missing the other hasn't arrived at all. Emailed Trending Picks but no response. Contacted on the Facebook page and my message has been read but not responded to.
Update: After posting a 1 star review Trending Picks contacted me to let me know the missing item was out of stock and a credit has been sent to me (still awaiting the credit to hit my bank).
My missing order was reposted and received today with free gifts as compensation. For this reason I have changed my 1 star review to a 4 star review (this will become 5 stars when I receive my credit refund). I have to say a big thank you to Dean who has been in regular contact with me through the Facebook page. His customer service skills are excellent!

Wrong set sent, i messaged company to inform them to receive no reply. Not what i would call good service. The only posiitive thing is the delivery was fast but that's why you pay £4.99.
