Do NOT order from this place unless you are happy to accept whatever they deliver. I wish I'd looked at reviews before I ordered. There is NO return policy, essentially, even though their site says it accepts returns within 15 days. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the product and they would not accept it for a full refund - instead they offered me $2 for a $28 item. After much back and forth, they offered me $7, which did not even cover what I originally paid for shipping. Lesson learned, I guess.

I should know better to order from a Facebook ad, without serious investigation. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but they would not allow it. It has finally arrived. I ordered a medium and it is definitely large. It stated it is "cotton blend." It feels like waterproof flag material, not attractive or comfortable for a blouse. It is not returnable, as it was listed as a sale item. DO NOT BUY from this site!

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered two national park T-shirts in APRIL for my JUNE trip. Never received. Got a notice saying it was delivered but it definitely WAS NOT DELIVERED. Now giving me the runaround, no doubt hoping I'll go away.

Never received the item. Their tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox on April 26. Tracking numbers for US postal service were bogus. I've been asking for a refund but they won't provide one.

ordered, did not receive confirmation or order. So sorry because the shirt looked so lovely. Not sure which date I ordered, but it is several weeks ago.

Total scam company! Never received my order! Was told it delivered to a "parcel locker". I do not own/rent/use a parcel locker and the item was not shipped through USPS, so not at the post office either. No helpful information from Customer Service. They would not even tell me what carrier was used for shipping. Don't waste your money on this fake company!!!

I ordered a tee shirt in early May, more than three weeks ago. They sent an occasional update, but a couple times I wasn’t able to see the update because it kept glitching. I checked today (May 31) and it says it was delivered on the 16th. I never saw it and at this point, don’t expect to. Seems like a scam to me; beware of this company!

Only giving a 1 star because zero stars is not a thing. I ordered several items, shirts, buttons, etc and have not received anything. Ordered 2 months ago, says my order was delivered but it was NOT delivered. Contacted Trendlifts and was given a generic answer, then they blamed customs and Trump for keeping it from me!?!? OK, sure. So was it delivered or is it stuck in customs? Can't be both! Never again! Do not be scammed like myself and others! Do not order from Trendlifts!!!

Ordered tee shirts 3/31— still waiting 5/14 and no updates from company. Never again

I bought 2 shirts from Trendlifts on 4/04/25 after seeing an ad on Instagram. I actually received my order and I like the shirts. Shipping took a little over 3 weeks. Here's my issue: my order total was supposed to be $51.83. I have that on the receipt they emailed to me. So why was my credit card charged $64.79 PLUS an additional international service assessment fee of $1.94? That's almost $15 more than what is on my receipt. I've ordered internationally before and had to pay a fee for it, but the fee was disclosed on the receipt! And where did the extra $12.96 come from? Extremely shady and deceitful billing practices. If you're going to charge extra fees for something, so be it. But a company should be transparent and disclose these fees prior to the sale being final. I will never order from them again.

Never received my order and trying to contact them has me running around in circles. The tracking they provided mw with showed the order was coming from Sweden and was delivered to my front door. I contacted them and they gave me the response that it is delayed because of the tariffs and then again it was supposedly delivered. I've been given 2 different tracking numbers and my order shipped from Sweden and China. Bogus company.

Ordered a political shirt for a reasonable price. I noted paypal payment to my credit card. Checked the tracking because I hadn't received the merchandise and saw that it was "delivered" but to an address that was not mine. I contacted support with attached original order and tracking. Their response was wholly inadequate basically telling me to check around the house, contact the local postal office which, again, is several thousand miles away. The final communication from them was "we have given all the suggestions we can to solve this problem. Sorry you aren't satisfied." Lame company! Don't buy from them, they will certainly rip you off. BTW I live in CA and the shirt was delivered to North Carolina.

Fake! Meine Produkte sind alle aus China und nicht aus USA! Qualität ist sehr schlecht, sowie die Verarbeitung und Verpackung. Größenangabe stimmt nicht und Materialangabe fehlen und Waschhinweise für Textil fehlt auch. Außerdem werden Steuern erhoben, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Hier stimmt nichts. Eine Mailanfrage wird abgewiesen mit angeblichen Kosten für Rücksendung nach China (!), obwohl angeblich aus USA. Also Finger weg!

I purchased what looked like beautiful cable knit sweaters and Polo shirts with embroidered patches on the chest, but what I got was cheap nylon clothing with the designs of cable knit and the designs of embroidered logos on them. Cheap! Crap! Such horrible false advertising and misrepresentation! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a HORRIBLE company to do business with!! DO SO at your own risk, and expect to be taken for your money and receive a horrible product!!

I purchased a hat from them and the silk screening was incomplete when it arrived. An entire letter was missing from the print. This item should never have made it through QC, but they mailed it anyway. To make matters even worse, for the $15 item, they first offered me a refund of $3. When I told them they could just ship me a replacement item, they offered me a $4 refund.

As of this date, 4/2/25, I fully expect that they have taken my money, but hopefully this review will reach enough people and dissuade them from purchasing from TrendLifts. Hopefully this will get management to realize that this unacceptable business practice.

If you value your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Fraudulent PayPal billing attempt found by my bank within an hour of placing what I thought was a legit order using my credit card.
Final result was foiling the fraudster and discovering PayPal doesn't really care if they're being used by fraudsters to scam people or not!
Be careful out there - the scammers are out in force.

This company engages in false advertising. Their unanimous 5-star reviews for the item I purchased are likely fictional. I posted a 1-star review and it was deleted within hours. They advertised sequined rainbow jacket, and used pictures of the jacket Kamala Harris wore during Pride Month. The jacket was made of denim and had real sequins in all of the pictures. The item I received was cheap polyester with printed stripes and no sequins. I paid $80.00 for this jacket. When I complained, they offered me $2.00 and then $4.00. When I filed a complaint with PayPal, they offered me $16.00. When I didn't accept that, they said I could return it if I sent it back and paid shipping. Of course, they are in China and it would have cost as much to ship it as the item cost. I will chalk this up to an $80.00 lesson.
