I'd already purchased a similar kind of item online from a different company and was massively disappointed with how poor the content was. So was on the lookout for a. Etter option. I came across an advert for the Trendtreks HyperBase and was instantly impressed with what I saw. I bought it straight away and it arrived in good time!

Easy to setup with just x2 cables to attach to the power and TV and off you go! Choose from loads of platforms and the list of games was more than impressive!

Unfortunately for me, I changed a few main settings and messed completely messed up the console! I contacted the company via email not expecting a response, let alone a resolution, to which someone called Mark replies and guided me through a master reset sequence, which sadly didn't work! I contacted Mark again who apologised and also said they'd already posted me out a full new replacement console and to disregard the old unit! Amazed and so grateful, what a great gesture! This was completely my own fault and the response has been nothing short of brilliant and so kind! Absolute legend!

I love it they have awesome games I like to play from Atari, Nintendo, SN, Sega, Dreamcast to PS1 to PS2 to classic Arcade game is worth it.

Too bad that I cannot give this company 10 stars 20 stars 100 stars. This company truly cares about its customers. When I first ordered the console, there was a couple of issues. But not only did they fix these issues but their customer service is top notch. All you have to do is email them. They’ll get right back to you and they will make sure they fix the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. And these guys are the absolute best. Yes it takes a while for the console to come give or take three weeks mayeven take four weeks but trust me it is well well worth it. I am having a blast playing PlayStation 2 and Nintendo 64 and all the other retro consoles games. Also all the games that came worked perfectly . If you are looking to order retro consoles from a company, that truly cares about its customers and will deliver what they promise then TrendTreks is for you. TrendTreks, thank you so very much. I cannot recommend this company enough . You guys are awesome !

Had a slight issue with one game in particular but was resolved very quickly by the fantastic customer support team who were incredibly attentive and worked with me to fix the problem.

Overall very satisfied with the gaming console. Had a few things that needed to be reconfigured in order to play properly but the support team was extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions.

Retro Konsole wie versprochen geliefert. Es gab direkt eine Tracking ID. Es dauert etwas länger als angegeben, aber das Warten lohnt sich! Was ein mega System mit den ganzen alten Spielen aus der Kindheit

I ordered a Hyper Base console with 500 gig Hard drive. It is truly amazing with so many retro consoles, PlayStation 1-2, Dreamcast, N64, Super Nintendo. Excellent communication with the Trendtreks staff and its definitely worth the wait. I was blown away with the sheer amount of games on this console. Two wireless controllers, HDMI cable, and power adapter. You can save your favorites and also save your progress of the game. I am in Australia but love playing some of the older PS2 and Dreamcast games. Definitely a great choice in retro games.

STOP WASTING TILE AND MONEY IN OYHER CONSOLES!
If you are into retro games go straight for this one!
I’ve tried several other brands and models and I’ve sent all of them back due to poor graphic, too many glitches and most of the games not working or lacking in features, options and so on.
On top of that the excellent customer service as the company clearly wants to make sure their customers get what they are expecting issues free.
100% happy customer!

Had a few teething issues with cables not working etc but after some back and forth with Mark in the customer service team the problems were resolved.

I had issues with the sound,and long story short I messed up my menu trying fix, So i am thankful the trek support was there to help give 100% for the help also had a game n64 glitched they gave great help!

Hätte echt nicht gedacht, dass es so gut ist. Die 2TB-Konsole hat unglaublich viele Spiele drauf. Eingesteckt und schon nach einer Minute gespielt. Kein kompliziertes Setup oder Menü, einfach direkt loslegen.

Alles läuft flüssig, kein Ruckeln, sogar die großen Spiele laufen perfekt. Die Controller fühlen sich auch gut an, überhaupt nicht billig wie ich erst dachte. Spiele seit der Lieferung fast jeden Abend.

Wenn du alte Spiele liebst, ist das Ding einfach perfekt. Viel besser als erwartet für den Preis.

Plugged the console into my tv with hdmi, it switched on and loaded straight into the game menu. there is no setup required. The controllers paird instantly and the games run smooth with no lag. loads of classics from ps2, n64 and sega. Proper plug and play console, really impressed with it.

I have ordered from these guys a few times and they have always been great. The retro consoles work perfectly, loads of games and truly plug and play. I even bought a couple as gifts and loved them. Fast delivery and good support too.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the hyperbase ultra blew me away. Took it out of the box hooked it up to my tv and within minutes i was playing games from my childhood. its got a crazy amount of games on it. I keep finding stuff i forgot even existed.
The games run smooth, no lag, and the graphic look great on my big screen. The wireless controllers work fine, and i like that i can plug in my own if i want. I have been bouncing between old arcade games ps2 stuff and even some wii games. All of it works way better than i thought it would.
If you grew up on retro games just want something fun for the family this is worth every dollar. Super easy to use, tons of games, and just plain fun.

Sold built and super fast retro console. Arrive very fast to new zealand and runs very smoothly. it includes all my favorite childhood games - it even has xbox wii ps3 and switch. perfect buy!

Amazing and great customer service. Bought a console for 360USD and it arrived real fast. Importunely, one usb port was bent so i contacted them, so were very helpful and resend me a new console. I love it and will recommend it.

This is a great console, eats batteries tho!
They have been brilliant guiding me through the process of playing the games, offering great support all

I play switch all the time so just play the Nintendo games.

Game stick stopped working after about 1 week, constantly freezing. I sent back my product requesting a replacement, and the product was “never received”. Don’t use these scammers!
