In the months leading up to my purchase, Niels and Jim were incredibly helpful on their discord and provided great feedback and information about their products. I just got my rig today, bought the Treq Ace and the production quality is perfect. Love this company

I purchased the 4040 Single Monitor Stand for my 21:9 ultrawide monitor. The aluminum profiles are sturdy, well‑made, and give the stand a solid premium feel.
When the package arrived, I noticed that the rubber feet were missing, so I wrote to customer support. They handled the issue immediately and shipped the missing parts the very next day.
Great product and excellent service.

Purchased a treq cxx. The cockpit itself is good and sturdy, very good looking but one of the profiles didn’t have holes in it. Altough I made the holes myself, this still is a lack of profesionalism.

Edit: I made a mistake in my order and ordered one where I needed two. They sent me another one for free! How many companies do that?!

I've given TREQ a 5-star review before when I purchased my rig (which is still in perfect condition btw), but now I needed extra stuff and contacted them on Discord and e-mail. They answer very fast and even research things for you to guide you. Even if this means that you end up not having to buy anything because they solved your problem. Another thing, the problem I have is not even to do with TREQ, but they do whatever they can anyway!

I purchased an ACE sim rig and am completely satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, my older Moza R21 wheelbase did not fit the “Moza” front mount, so I contacted Treq to ask whether I could return it in exchange for a standard wheel deck. Within just two hours, I received the shipping confirmation for the new wheel deck. Overall, a great experience with a helpful and very fast response.

Na heel erg lang zoeken naar de juiste rig, maar vooral ook stoel ben ik uiteindelijk bij Treq uitgekomen. Na een vriendelijke ontvangst alles uit kunnen proberen in de showroom. Ik maakte me zorgen over de juiste stoel, veel afmetingen op websites van de bekende merken wordt het zitvlak vaak royaler gemeten dan de werkelijkheid. Na plaats te nemen in de Sabelt en Sparco stoel was het zitten in de Treq STX een verademing. Ik ben vrij lang (1.90) en 95 kg. De stoel zit perfect, meer dan genoeg ruimte op het zitvlak en ook qua hoogte.

Ik ben voor de CXX rig gegaan, vooral vanwege de zeer strakke afwerking. Het oog wil immers ook wat. Om flex hoef je je bij geen enkele rig zorgen te maken.

Het mooiste van alles was dat de rig nog gezaagd moest worden, dat kwam goed uit want ik wilde graag iets meer lengte en hoogte. (10 cm). Dit was geen enkel probleem.
Tijdens het wachten mocht ik plaats nemen in een van de rigs en werd iRacing opgestart zodat ik me niet hoefde te vervelen, ik baalde er bijna van dat ze zo snel klaar waren….😉

Dus zoek je een simrig en kom je er niet uit, ik zou zeker een bezoekje brengen bij Treq, je slaagt gegarandeerd.

I ordered the Treq One with the front mount. Ordered on Sunday, handed over to FedEx the next day, Hermes delivery took place on Friday

It came in a 120x22x20 cm, 21 kg box. Nicely compact packaging, with individual parts wrapped in plastic film. Screws/T-slot nuts/nuts come in various resealable bags. The manual can be found on the shop website. None of the parts arrived damaged or anything like that, and there were no scratches. The aluminum profiles didn't have any “chips” on them either. The screws made a good impression on me. With the Playseat Trophy, for example, I had screws that wore out the first time I tightened them.

This was my very first aluminum rig setup; I previously owned the Playseat Trophy. To my surprise, I managed to assemble it on my own in 1:30 hours. Installing my seat which isnt from Treq, took longer than building the whole Rig, perhaps I should have gone with a Seat from Treq ;) I use the Treq One with a Simagic Alpha mounted on the front mount + Sim Lab XP1 pedals. Because the pedal plate is made of aluminum profiles, attaching the pedals is a breeze. With the front mount, I initially had problems getting the left and right sides to the exact same height, but this is because I assembled the rig on my own. A helping hand is definitely an advantage when mounting a wheelbase and aligning it correctly

So far I had not a single issue with the rig if something changes I will update my review.

I've already done a second purchase, I ordered the heel plate without the spacers, as I have spacers at home: same fast handover time as the first order, Ordered tuesday. FedEx received the Package on Wednesday.

I Will update my review when the heel plate arrives or when I have contact to any Customer Service, which as of now wasn't needed.

Great guys running a good company. Ready to answer any question and on time (Discord). Setup custom orders and let you try out in their shop when needed. All in all how a (online) shop should be!

Went to their shop, they helped me choose the seat and rig (I already eyed on the treq one). 10 minutes later, during which I could race a bit in their rig, and I was on my way to home with everything. Great and friendly.

I had one problem, my steering wheel base etc was delayed, and I bought front mount, which isnt possible with g920. Fortunately they respond really quick in discord and came with a creative solution.

Amazing company. Very happy with my Treq one basic rig, and many upgrades including advanced keyboard tray, triple monitor mounts, cup holder, towbar, side profile arm and numerous mounts such as shifter and handbrake.

Super fast delivery and very competitive pricing. Customer service is great too and you get really quick answers through their discord which has a family vibe to it.

Treq is a brand you can trust, wouldn’t hesitate buying more stuff from them.

I recently picked up a front wheel mount and pedal deck assembly, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is top-notch, and everything feels rock-solid. They even have everything you would need to DIY your own build should you choose to go that route.

Their communication is excellent as well. Very responsive, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do, which makes the whole buying experience even better.

I highly recommend these guys—even if you're in the States. Well worth it!

Super goed geholpen door Niels. Nam de tijd voor ons om even alles door te lopen. Kwam met goede adviezen en de spullen zijn high end. Hielp zelfs nog mee met spullen naar de auto te brengen.

Dus zeker een aanrader als je de beste spullen voor je sim wil aanschaffen.

Good advice, quick response from the guys over at TREQ, especially Niels. Ordered a triple montitor stand with easy alignment brackets. Ordering proces was easy, got it delivered the next day! Neatly packed, clear instructions and sturdy equipment for 32" monitors. All in all, great value for bucks!

I ordered a triple monitor stand combined with a mouse and keyboard tray from TREQ. The parts are of extremely high quality and can be assembled without too much effort. With the Easy Alignment Kit, it’s possible to align the monitors almost seamlessly.

I was missing a part due to some confusing information on the website, but Niels quickly and professionally resolved the issue.

TREQ is definitely recommended if you plan on building a sim rig!

Met Treq contact opgenomen i.v.m. aanschaf Simrig, ze hebben mij geadviseerd welke rig het beste past bij mijn budget, speelstijl en stuur/pedalen. Ook was het geen probleem om de stoel te proefzitten in hun showroom.

Installatie van de rig was eenvoudig en de kwaliteit is top.
