Great seller, the bag was gorgeous, delivery super fast and excellent customer service. Emma was super sweet and helpful and the bag was so beautifully packed. I’d highly recommend and purchase from Tresor Vintage again.

This was my first time using this site. Like many I was nervous about purchasing online and whether everything was above board.

But I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. The bag was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured.

As well as being happy with the purchase the service was great, very professional and personal, all handled by Emma who was happy to help or explain everything.

Delivery was prompt and packaging was lovely, way better wrapping and presentation than I could have managed, so definitely a plus!

All in all, very happy and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional 5+ star customer service! I have purchased from many online resellers (States and abroad) over the years and do have to say… WOW! What an amazing experience overall from beginning to end! I really felt like a valuable customer and couldn’t be happier with the great professionalism. Excellent communication- sent more photos as requested, answered all of my questions, kept me informed of shipping status. Super fast turn around and super fast shipping. Bag was just as described. Really appreciate the care and attention taken to package up my bag. Beautiful packaging! Impressed to receive a condition report of the bag prior to shipment. I highly recommend Trésor Vintage!
