Fantastic from beginning to end. Despite lockdown restrictions etc, Trevor Smith Carpets stayed attentive and informative. Adam came to install everything and was kind, courteous and professional.

Fantastic service through what is currently a very difficult time! Our quote for a better carpet was a significant amount cheaper than one of the big carpet retailers, and much quicker!

Was originally told it would take around 4 weeks to go through the whole process of choosing carpets, ordering and then fitting, however from the day we took the samples home to the day the carpet was fitted was around 10 days!

Fitters were great and all round really pleased with the new carpet on the stairs and landing!

With a tight timescale - measurements were taken, carpets provided, all fitted and really well, with old taken away and all in the space of a few days, excellent service by everyone thank you.

We had our bungalow recarpeted all the way through with excellent service from beginning to end. We cannot praise the fitters enough. Couldn’t fault the service or product- I love my new carpets and the customer service from start to finish was impeccable- my carpets were delayed on a couple of occasions due to the ongoing pandemic but I was kept up to date at all times and the team were very accommodating and professional.

Fantastic experience! Great service, prompt quotation and supplies of samples. Carpet fitting was done to a very high standard in a difficult 4 storey staircase, hallway looked fantastic after the carpet was finished. Good value.
