An exceptionally soothing and relaxing experience from beginning to end. The space felt effortlessly comfortable, with a calm, refined atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Jo was friendly and inviting while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The use of good products was evident—my skin felt beautifully nourished after the Korean facial, and the Japanese head spa was deeply restorative. A truly luxurious treat.

Went in for the Korean facial sculpture and Japanese head spa experience and came out feeling like a completely reassembled human. Jo was amazing — so calming, knowledgeable and honestly has magic hands.

The facial massage was incredible… equal parts relaxing and “wow I can actually feel my cheekbones being rediscovered.” The Japanese head spa was heavenly too, although at one point I genuinely felt like a steamed vegetable in the best possible way 😂

And the products! Snail mucin has officially converted me. My skin is glowing, plump and somehow looks like I’ve slept 12 hours and drink 3 litres of water a day when in reality I sleep 2hrs at best and eat like a rabid raccoon.
