Company sent the item - it's the wrong size, hooks and latches don't match up, parts are falling off. Ordered this as a present for my son. Company doesn't want to make it correct, offers me discounts and $10 gift cards and claims the sizing is right. The jacket is unwearable garbage sitting in a box - discounts to buy more is not a remedy. They are dishonest and selling poor quality that does not match the pics on their site. I am filing complaints with my bank.

- Seller's response is also a lie. Coat is defective and not made correct at all. I will link pictures later, because they can't lie their way around that.

Shipping was fast, the quality of clothing was great! Everything for nicely and I loved every piece of clothing I recieved!

Do not waste your money on this website like I did.

I ordered some items back in November to which they provided me a bogus tracking number on their website that came up blank and the items never arrived at my address. I’ve never had a problem receiving items at my address as it is a secure location.

They were extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my experience, they tried to say the items did arrive showing me a different tracking number.

USELESS!!! I suggest shopping around and using a more reputable company.

UPDATE: again they reply to this review but don’t actually reply to my emails (nothing in my inbox and nothing in my spam folder… by the way, all their emails go to spam automatically if that’s not already enough proof). Why would I argue that I haven’t received my items 6 weeks after they were supposedly delivered? The package was never delivered and I opened up a complaint to have it resolved and they did NOTHING! They don’t care and they can reply on this website but they don’t reply to my actual emails so once again I have no products and nothing to show for my money. YOU ARE PATHETIC SCAMMERS!

I ordered a sweater that looked knit with a geometric pattern. The picture looked great.

In contrast, I got a synthetic-feeling shirt with wool fabric pattern cheaply printed on.

The colors are jarringly bright. The printing is low-resolution and crunchy. The collar is just a badly stretched image, unlike the nice hemming on the picture. Completely unwearable. The sweater is now de-listed from the website.

I also ordered a stretchy loose black t-shirt which is pretty decent.

Each item received was Incredibly fun, sexy and exciting to wear! The sizing chart was very accurate. Each item was a perfect fit! The only problem I had was having too many options to pick! There is such a big variety to choose from. Great quality and amazing designs. Awesome brand. I will definitely buy again!

I ordered two garments, none of them matching the size and material advertised. Very small and very poor quality. I contacted the company a week ago asking for a refund and got no response. I have checked my spam and there is no email from you so can only imagine their response is to give the impression they care. Don't use them.

Triniful had so many great options of styles. Once I received my items, I loved the colors and variations. Definitely a great price for the products. Only downside is since I am a bit stocky, for anyone who is a bit bigger in size, the items might not fit as well. One item didn’t fit me. Not because it didn’t fit my waist or anything but more because the product wasn’t reshaped for a bigger person in mind so didn’t cover the same areas the same as a smaller size even though waist band did. That is common with these products from other sites though. Other than that it was great!
