I ordered two swimwear following the size chart but the size i have received was very small. The seller policy do not allow to replace the items and ordered 2 new ones with a discount however I have received a black one instead of blue and again they are too small despite I sent a pic with measurements of one of my M swimwear as a sample. Unlikely i am very disappointed and not at all satisfied.

Doesn’t fit and they won’t take it back
The items did not fit per the sizing guides you provided on the site. On top of that, you won’t even let people return items that don’t fit. Complete waste of money

Cute clothes, fun accessories, & great service
I’ve bought accessories & clothes from Triniful a few times, & I’ve never been disappointed with their prices, products, or their customer service. My orders all arrived in a reasonable timeframe & in packaging that was nondescript. The swimming trunks I received always get compliments, & harness never disappoints.

Bad bad bad customer service
Bad bad bad customer service. Sizing chart is completely wrong. Now I’m trying to get them to send me another and they keep trying to heckle me instead of just sending me a proper size. BEWARE. All of the clothes from this sight are likely from Asian made companies therefore generally smaller fitting. They still haven’t refunded me or sent me a new size.
