Do not use this company. First time experience absolutely disgusting. Mis-Sold me tickets without any mention of NO checked baggage.

I knew something was wrong when they kept asking me to quickly respond saying “I agree”. I immediately asked about the baggage…and this is where I knew it was all a big scamming machine.

I was about to two tickets for £692 however I was offered two tickets over the phone at £595.

Scamming people and trying to rub a business on cancellation fees £125.

I paid and immediately rang they were still adamant on receiving an email saying “I agree”. I asked about the baggage and immediately the advisor start to struggling for words as if he was underwater for an hour.

After trying to find different tickets, And then trying to charge me over £400 to add baggage on these tickets and then confirming a full refund would be given. Now they are trying to charge me £125 per passenger for an admin fee of a ticket.

Absolutely disgraceful company.

I will be reporting this to abta.

Update: you know darn well This is a legitimate review. I spoke to your advisor Hamza who’s either there owner or a staff member who at the very least needs training or he’s attempting to perfect the art of deception.

First of all i was a bit sketchy about booking om line.it was a fitst for me so i didnt feel comfortable.in the past always booked with travel agents.but i took the risk.it was the best experience ever.the person i booked with made sure all the way from the booking making sure i got the best price and date to travel and to return.made me feel comfortable all the way also after i had reached my destination also foned to make sure my flight was good and i had reached there.would defonatly fly with them again and difinatly recomend to my friends and family thanks TRIPCO

No one should fall into the trap of these fraudsters. This company is in the name of a Romanian boy and is being run by a Pakistani girl, Sara Khan. This Sara Khan will try to lure you with various types of offers and ask you to book tickets on WhatsApp. And then when the money goes into their account, they will humiliate you even more and demand more money from you. And when you ask for a refund, they will stop answering your calls. They humiliated me too. I am going to file an RTO or RTE application against them and file a case against them in court. I also have Sara Khan's call record as evidence and the WhatsApp chat as well. I am ready to provide it to anyone who wants evidence. Anyone who has more evidence against them can give it to me so that I can show the court how much of a fraudulent company this is. If there was a zero option in the review, I wouldn't even give them that because this is a group of two frauds.

Team member called Haris he helped me to find a best option for my family trip to Sialkot. He was great, and the lady name Sara she was amazing and arranged a payment option for me as per my convenience. Highly recommended
