Can't you keep me informed?
Placed order for my brothers birthday present, both items showing as in "In Stock". 1 week after his birthday (end of May) called to see where the items were? Oh 1 of the items is not in stock! Asked when the missing item will be in stock, mmm about a month. Now in the middle of August and still nothing. The only contact has been when I contacted Triple D Motorsport to enquire when I might see my order and now they don't know when it will be in stock. Why oh why can't they just get in touch with me - what happened to good old customer service?

I have ordered OE parts from Triple D
I have ordered OE parts from Triple D a few times using the the online microfiche system and I think this is a great help, obviously your order will only be shipped when Triple D have all the parts so it would be useful to be given order updates on what they have actually got and what is on back order and to be given the option if you need a split delivery
Overall I think the service provided is excellent
