Nothing Free. This is the same company as MESHY. Nothing Different in the design and they are getting paid double the monthly subscription Fees from both apps. Its AI bud.

It looks good. It looks legit. It looks respectable. However it is a scam. I tried the service after I made a Pro subscription. It did not do what it promised. I therefore wanted to unsubscribe. After a long chat with a bot that tried to do everything to keep me as a customer, I finally was successful in telling it that I wasn't interested in any deals and just wanted to cancel my subscription. Or so I thought. I got billed again today for a pro subscription, that I did not want. I tried to delete my payment information without luck, because I had an 'active subscription'. I also tried to cancel again like I did before, by having a chat with the bot. It went the same way. It said that my subscription was cancelled in a browser window that closed very quickly. I got no confirmation via email this time either. After digging around I found another button to press that said 'cancel subscription'. But I have recieved no confirmation of that.
Please don't make the same mistake I did, and find some other solution that doesn't try to scam you.

This company is definitely a scam. One of the worst subscription companies I’ve ever dealt with. I tried the product and immediately canceled at the same day because it was subpar. Regardless, they charged me a hefty annual subscription, even though I contacted them many times.

I've sent numerous emails to customer service asking about their subscription plans and no reply at all. The software looks interesting but in today's world, service is just as important and im leery about spending money and getting locked into a subscription without having a response to my inquiries.

They doesn't respond to messages.

The fbx projects can't even be imported into unity or unreal engine. Be careful!!!

Mesh indices of Assets/Trawen/UI/Icons/Cursors/RRE.fbx are out of range!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I subscribed for 2 months, cancelled after I decided I no longer needed it. They charged me again the following month. I reached out to support email multiple times, no answer. I cancelled my VISA card, had Kiwibank staff remove tokens & they then managed to charge me for a full year ($243) on a brand new Visa card with completely new number. Absolute scumbags & a total scam.

Don't fall for this trap. If you choose 'Basic' they're charging you for 'Pofessional'.

I don't recommend them. In theory, there is a free trial but actually, you are unable to export any of designed models.
If you want to export and try anything, you have to pay, which is pointless.

Canceled my subscription but have still been charged. Have reached out for support but have had no response. Do not recommend.

RIP OFF THIEFS!! Thought it was a decent company, went to upgrade, tried twice with a good credit card and it didnt go through. My card is good, so I called my credit card company, there were 8 charges from Tripo Ai, as far as Im concerned these people are crooks, stay away!

Tripo AI is a straight-up scam.
They double-charge people, steal your money with sneaky billing, and make canceling your subscription a nightmare on purpose.
There are tons of other AI 3D tools that cost the same (or less) and don't pull this shady crap.
Avoid at all costs.

Signed up for 12 months credit and then paid extra money to have someone look at 2 model outputs to resolve some issues I had. Had no reply for weeks now (unless you call an email asking me to verify the email address on the account, the same one I used to ask for support), so despite multiple emails to support and despite it being advertised as a few days for the model revisions Ive had nothing.

I had the test version and found it good. After buying the full version the 3d models started to be WORSE than before. I tried to get a refund over their homepage, didn't work, error message. They didn't help me to find a solution but told me there are no refunds!

really nice experience with Tripo, i am all blank with 3D modeling , tripo can really turn my ideas in seconds
