Total absence of communication, do not buy from them! I bought a bike that was in stock and marked as “dispatched within 48hrs of purchase”. Waited 10 days… no communication, no updates.
I have called the customer service and was told delivery within 3 days… again no updates.
I called a second time after waiting 3 days, delivery was delayed… I had explained that on the estimated delivery date I was going away in the afternoon and therefore requested a morning delivery. I was reassured in the call that I would receive a confirmation email with a delivery slot.
I received nothing and called again the following day only to be told delivery was cancelled because they couldn't deliver in the morning. No communication from them, I only found out because I chased. I have requested a specific day (next week). Yet they are unable to confirm they will be able to deliver.

All I got was a reluctant “yeah sorry we are busy” on the phone, no willingness to fix things and become more proactive with communication.

The customer experience is horrendous and this is terribly frustrating when you spend a lot of money on a bike marked as “ready to ride and in stock”.

I do not recommend them at all!

Ordered spd shoes that we're on sale, I received a confirmation of dispatch email and have heard nothing else, but i have noticed a payment refunded back into my account with no explanation?

I bought a helmet. It was delivered next day. great service. Only improvement I would like is that they should put a size guide next to items with multiple sizes.

Can a bike shop really be this bad?! Yes. I contacted Triton via their online messaging system requesting some advice. After two days with no response I called the shop and spoke with a woman. When asked she said they didn't receive my message! All I wanted was some guidance on which size frame to buy from their online store. So.. again, I asked for some information on one of their bikes and she said she would have to get back to me by the next day. Three days passed and I didn't hear from her. So.. I called the shop again, and the same woman answered. Having reminded her who I was, and of the info I was waiting for, she simply shrugged it off saying that she couldn't help me with that inquiry, and that I should go to another bike shop. Unbelievable! This is what BREXIT has left us with. I am even more annoyed that I am forced to give Triton at least one star.

I was looking for pedals to replace the ones fitted as delivered to my new E Mtb. As a retired person I need to shop around and found a great pair of DMR pedals, colour matching for my new bike at a great price. Very pleased with them , and a timely delivery too

Triton supplier had stock! Cancelled order from original cycle shop got online ordered from Triton Cycles and pedals came 2 days later ! THAT was service, we shall definitely use them again.
