They have zero compassion- they are ruled by greed guess like most banks - tread carefully don’t fall into their trap as it’s really hard to climb out of - avoid please 🙏 if Jerome Le Luel
reads this which I doubt as he is too busy counting his interest earnings then I would say stop and think hard if you are helping companies or grinding them in the ground.

The initial set up process was quite straightforward, with real human beings on the end of the phone to help with any queries, and provide a feeling of confidence.
Once up and running the system is very straightforward and quick to use. The new function of pre-qualifying invoices makes it very simple to select an invoice and request an advance against it - in a very short space of time. Making the application can be just a couple of minutes; the auto response says that it may take 1-2 days to approve the advance applied for; but in the last few cases the approval has been granted in 1-2 hours, not days.
When I've had questions, having a known person with a known direct phone number that I can call has been extremely helpful and reassuring.

I would suggest avoiding this company. They sent us several letters to promote their services - they called us and we decided to go ahead with their service as it sounded good for cashflow and you could choose when to use it.
They were on the phone very eager to get us open - we did and were offered a limit of £15k. The nest day we submitted a customer invoice to test the system and it rejected us. It was then really hard work getting in touch with them.
Eventually after several attempts they said we no longer met their criteria- what from 24 hours earlier. What an utter waste of time and given other reviews it looks like they do this regularly.
My advice - just look for another more reliable provider.

Be very careful. Triver give you a huge credit limit and then rip the rug from under your feet.

If you have a cash flow issue look elsewhere as these will make it 100 times worse.

Invoices are due back 5 days after they are paid, which in normal circumstances is great BUT if you had had an emergency or a customer doesn't pay you need to invoice advance further. Its very easy to become reliant and then they just suddenly stop offering you any further credit.

I understand borrow and pay back when due but sometimes its not possible so you borrow more.

Triver offer a fantastic solution to support cashflow. AND on the occasion you need to call them, you get actual human interaction. No endless AI - people who are there to work and advise you, they get things done. If you need financing against invoices from clients who pay (in a reasonable time frame), the Triver solution is well worth looking at. Their fees work out less than the high street banks and they have an easy to use system.

Very simple and easy to use. Great service

We have used Triver for over 1–2 years and until recently the platform worked fine. We had our credit limit increased multiple times, including a £20k increase just two months ago.

However, our account was suddenly restricted without proper discussion. The reason given was “risk” due to our temporary use of our overdraft facility — despite the fact that this overdraft is a cheaper funding source and was being used strategically for short-term stock purchases.

What is concerning is that this decision appears to have been made algorithmically, without reviewing our financials, management accounts, contracted sales, or overall performance. We have strong trading performance, unused facilities elsewhere, and reduced our Triver utilisation significantly in recent months.

A funding partner should understand working capital cycles and stock investment. Instead, the restriction was applied abruptly, with limited communication and no meaningful financial review.

Disappointing experience after a long relationship.

Just amazing - we had 2 invoices financed within an hour of setting up. Massively helps with cash flow headaches for our business.

UPDATE: Like others I have just had my facility halted as apparently our risk profile has changed and we are further into our overdraft than last time - which is not the case! We have paid back all our borrowing early. Do not rely on this company - it has actually caused more headaches than it solved now. Suddenly removing something with no warning is sharp practice. I'm also puzzled by the business model here ... lure people in, fund a couple of invoices, then block them when they want to fund more. If a business is awash with cash it would not need to use factoring, so rather self limiting for a factoring company to only want to work with cash rich companies?? 🤔

Communication was very good during the whole process and facility was easy to set up

Absolutely Brilliant! Took 5 minutes to set it up. Money was in my company account within an hour, for my first invoice finance request. Excellent way to prop up companies cash flow where required. Much better than a loan!

Triver have been very helpful and set up our business facility very quickly. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we’re really happy with the service we received. Connor was especially helpful throughout and made everything straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and very easy to use.
